Avec 3 chambres king et une chambre avec lits superposés pour 6, vous pouvez également amener tout le monde dans la famille et quelques amis. Le salon au troisième étage offre un grand coin salon avec une télévision connectée de 55 pouces et un son surround, une table à manger pour 6 personnes et un grand îlot pour 5 personnes supplémentaires. La cuisine entièrement équipée offre au chef de la famille un large assortiment d'appareils et de gadgets haut de gamme pour créer des chefs-d'œuvre. Le long bar donne un tout nouveau sens au divertissement avec des tonnes d'espace de préparation et de stockage. Emmenez votre fête dehors sur les grands balcons qui surplombent les divertissements du centre-ville et le marché qui va bientôt être animé ci-dessous.

Le joyau de ce penthouse est le nid de corbeaux au quatrième étage. A wonderful home!

Only watch out is the bunk room shares bathroom with a bedroom which worked OK, but adult had to share bathroom with 4 teenage boys.

Fantastic beach week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 families stay in this home, 6 adults and 6 children, it was a great size and set up for us. It’s directly above Dylan’s pizza in the heart of cinnamon shore north. Great location. Couple things to be mindful of: one of the king bedrooms is right next to the kids bunk room and there is one bathroom to share between those rooms, we just set some guidelines early in the week so it wasn’t mass chaos in the bathroom. Secondly, It is a townhome so there is no garage or driveway. Which was fine but made for an extra few trips from the beach each day out to the parking spots. Highly recommend this house, great kitchen and common area.

Great location, not so great house for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at the property, there was a broken glass lamp, the ottoman in the living room was missing a leg and leaning over, the microwave didn’t work and the face plate was falling off, and there was a horrid smell to the house. We called the office to communicate this with them and they asked us to send pictures. However, the Wi-Fi barely worked and the pictures wouldn’t send. It took a day and a half for maintenance to come and all they did was bring a separate microwave that was also missing a leg and set it in the middle of the kitchen counter. Even after arriving back home, I can smell the mildew smell from the house on our clothes. With that being said, the location of the house was unbeatable. You can see the stage from all 3 balconies and it is conveniently located close to the pizza place, the coffee shop, and the main office. That would be the only factor that would convince me to stay in that property again. This review is specific to the house and not Cinnamon Shore as a whole. We had so much fun in the community at the pools and beach and will definitely be back to Cinnamon Shore!

Fine place...BUT the noise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our Thanksgiving stay, though it was much tighter than we were used to (first stay in a townhome). The home had some real maintenance issues...leak in the ceiling, drains clogged, toilet seat broken and noticeable wear and tear in the unit as well as with the furniture. But our main issue was the sound coming from Dylan's (3/4 bedrooms are the floor right above). Maybe not a problem if you don't have napping children and don't go to bed before 10pm, however I feel it is important to go in eyes wide open with something like this.

Fun Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great: The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable, fun location - directly above Dylans. The only hiccup we experienced was a man entered our unit with two dogs by using the keypad code, to which we didn't have access. Management responded immediately to help with the lock situation and tracked down who came in. My ONLY constructive criticism would be that the resort require the the homeowners install a deadbolt on the main entrances, so something like this won't happen again. Other than that, our family had a wonderful experience and plan to return.

Okay, but won’t stay there again.

Nice but too many steps! It’s hard to tell from the photos, but access to the condo is a long set of stairs. This would have been nice to know up front! Then steps up to the main living kitchen area. We had a 2 year old we had to block all stairs from and 2 seniors that have arthritis . Kitchen faucet wasn’t working…it was detached till we complained 3 times to get fixed. All 3 bathrooms didn’t have working exhaust fans! Needs some upkeep love. Great kitchen! Bedrooms are small except master. Outdoor concerts are super loud till 10:00pm if you have young kids.

We had a few issues with hot water, bath door, and the keypad to get into the unit and management was slow to address the keypad and bath door, and never responded to the hot water issue. We had a large group and their were 3 bathrooms. Aside from a few cold showers and being locked out of our unit, we had a great stay and good experience. We understand it was a very busy weekend and management was busy, but for the price we paid we were a little disappointed with the response time. Everything else, community, pools, beach were wonderful! We'd do it again in a heartbeat!!
