Kozy Retreat with Pool

You will enjoy a relaxing a weekend or week pool side & minutes from wineries and beaches. Queen Airbed provided for extra sleeping. My backyard is fully fenced and has lots of privacy. Underground pool with outside tiki bar, outdoor kitchen and gas firepit for families to enjoy. Covered patio with eating area and sectional couch and TV for lounging. The pool is right outside the kitchen window on the same level to keep an eye on the kids while you make meals or snacks.

Fantastic Place

Clean, tidy and updated home close to anything you want to do in Penticton. However, the backyard pool area is so nice you may not need to go anywhere!

Perfect family stay

Kozy retreat was the perfect property for our group who were in Penticton visiting family. It was fully stocked with lots of extras ( condiments, toiletries) and since the weather was hot we made good use of the backyard and pool. The hosts were very thorough in their instructions and made the whole check in/out and stay itself very easy.

We absolutely loved the house, appreciated the air conditioning, the kitchen, the two bathrooms, all the appliances in the kitchen and most of all - the pool and patio area. It was wonderful!!!!

Lynel and her friends and family were great guests, they left everything awesome, garbage emptied, everything put away , laundry started and dishes done. Looked after our home as it was their own. Would definitely have them back.

Amazing stay!

This property and the owners are amazing! Lots of wonderful communication between us and the place is exactly as described. The area of Penticton has so many things to do and explore. We really want to come back! The house is well equipped, with excellent AC, the kitchen was well stocked, lots of towels and TVs to watch. The backyard and pool are amazing!!! I enjoyed sitting out on the backyard patio drinking my coffee every morning and relaxing in the evening. My kids loved the pool and spent many hours in there. There were toys to keep them busy and floaties. My teens loved relaxing and watching TV and playing games. Thank you for letting us stay!!!

FANTASTIC GETAWAY

This property was an absolute gem - whether you wanted a quiet day at the pool or a great starting point to get to anything and everything, this home checked all the boxes. It was extremely clean, very well maintained & stocked to the 9’s with whatever we needed. The backyard was such a treat and brilliantly set up - several different sitting & lounging areas for every type of relaxation imaginable. Debbie was easy-going, honest and quick to reply to any question we had (though we had zero concerns). We’ll definitely be back for future visits as we thoroughly enjoyed this property & it’s amenities. Once again, THANK YOU Debbie & Steve for sharing your home. It was a blessing to us!

Stay cool by the pool

The first thing you'll notice about this home is that it is very stylish and immaculately well-kept. The kitchen is huge and stocked with everything a chef could possibly need to prepare meals. The gas grill in the kitchen is huge and the natural gas BBQ is awesome and never runs out of fuel. There is also a wine fridge in the kitchen to keep your patio wines cool. This place has everything. Once you make your way through the kitchen, you get to my favourite part of this beautiful home; the backyard pool, complete with a natural gas fire-pit and a tiki bar. The BBQ area has a bar fridge and the tiki bar also has a bar fridge. You're never more than 7 steps from a cool drink. The backyard at night was a delight. As the sun goes down things start to light up. A water feature starts off the fun, pool lights and hanging lights start to light up as the sky darkens, but the group of light-dancing toadstools steals the show. Just a beautiful spot; we had the best time. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention that the hosts are pet-friendly and there is an area thoughtfully appointed just for the pets to relieve themselves. They really thought of everything. Don't just think about it, this is the place to book. Cheers!

What a wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing week at Debbie and Steve's property! The weather was wonderful so we spent 100% of our time in their fantastic backyard 'resort'! Such a well equipped home ...it was as if I was in my own home...everything was at our fingertips! If we travel to Penticton in the future we will be sure to book again! 5 stars!
