Please wash your pet’s paws with the faucets/hoses on exterior of buildings prior to bringing them inside the unit. For your convenience we do provide dog towels in your unit. Please do not wash pets/paws in the shower, bathtub, or sinks as sand gets into the drains and septic system and causes backups

Camera 2 is on the side of Unit 3, facing the entryway. Camera 3 is on the front of Unit 8, facing the entryway. Camera 4 is on the front of the four-plex, facing the sidewalk and parking area. Camera 5 is next to the laundry storage area, facing the parking area and sidewalk. Camera 6 is on the back of the laundry storage area, facing the common yard.
