Suivez notre sentier privé vers les sables pour parcourir la plage, faire du cerf-volant, des pistes rafraîchissantes ou des promenades romantiques sur des kilomètres de plages publiques peu peuplées.

De nombreuses fonctionnalités spectaculaires vous attendent à la plage Tillicum House. L'embouchure de Big Creek - à quelques pas de la cour arrière - change d'orientation presque quotidiennement, modifiant ainsi l'aspect et la convivialité de la plage. Pendant plus de 40 ans, les visiteurs de la plage ont gravé leur nom sur un arbre gigantesque qui s’est échoué lors du séisme survenu en Alaska en 1964. Les phoques espiègles aiment se prendre la tête dans les vagues voisines et les suivre pendant leur randonnée sur la plage. Certains des meilleurs sites d'observation des baleines en Oregon se trouvent également à proximité du cap Perpetua.

Great access to beach

It is a great place for dogs and direct access to beach. You aren't able to open the back bedroom windows (broken), but was provided fans.

Waldport beach house

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental. The beach access was the best we have had after many trips to the Central Oregon Coast. Long beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed, including the hot tub. The rental company was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Idyllic Beach Getaway

Place was a short one minute walk from a wonderful broad and long beach. House was clean and comfy. Hot tub worked great. We were close to some great attractions like the aquarium . If we had not had the two year olds would have gone hiking on some of the forest trails nearby. Would recommend this place anytime.

Perfect

This is a two bedroom home with a small kitchen and great access to a huge beach. The only downside which is a small downside is there were stickers in the backyard on the way to the path to the beach. So we had to carry our dog from the deck to the path. Luckily, our Dad dog is 16 pounds. That truly is a small price to pay for such a nice proximity to the beach.

Lovely view

We love Yachats! This house has nice big windows to view the ocean. The beach is right down a short path and very few people there. Saw an amazing amount of stars from the hot tub. Clean and had everything you need. Very close to town which has great restaurants. Would love to stay again.

Great spot

This is our second stay in three years and we really enjoy the property. The two bedrooms with separate bathrooms worked out well. The beach is right out the back door. A great beach for long walks. Very convenient to shopping, groceries and dining. Beware, the local grocery store in Waldport is very expensive. They want $3.89 for a bell pepper. Much better shopping at the Fred Meyers in Newport. Looking forward to next year.

Beautiful memories

We absolutely loved everything about this place property manager was awesome they were easy to contact and very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed making the best memories here with my elderly mother and my sister and our dogs. We loved how easy beach access was we loved the privacy of the hot tub it was nice and hot! Thank you for having us and hope to be back again soon! ❤️ I would recommend this location.

Easy access to beautiful beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place for a few reasons. It was very clean and was stocked better than most places we stayed. Not because it had so much stuff, but because it had fewer things but they covered a wide range of needs and were organized so well. Most places have doubles and triples of things you don’t need and you have to look through every drawer to find what you do need. The path to the beach was well maintained and safe. The beds actually had very good mattresses. If you cracked a window the oceans roar was wonderful. The living room furniture was comfortable enough but in need of cleaning. There is no fireplace which for me is disappointing and the property sits on Highway 101 so you can hear traffic. It has a lovely deck, good barbecue. Kitchen appliances need updating. We’re going back this summer, so I guess that’s the biggest positive. And Ocean Odyssey is one of the best coastal agencies we’ve ever dealt with.

It would of been nice to have brought lounge chairs to sit in the backyard and enjoy the view or bring to the beach. Would stay again!!

Cute cottage on the beach

We loved the location of the house and its easy access to the beach. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. The hot tub was clean and hot. My daughters and I enjoyed it every day. The location was fairly close to Waldport so it was a quick jaunt into town for groceries or eating out. Our only complaint about the place is the hedge on the back porch was so high we could not see the ocean when we were sitting on the back deck. If it had been trimmed down below the railing height the view would have been phenomenal. We'd certainly stay here again but would check to make sure the hedge has been trimmed first.

Quiet Getaway

We stayed here for 4 nights celebrating our 50th Anniversary. The house was comfortable but could really use some updating and maintenance. The grill was in horrible condition so we didn't even bother using it. The view from the windows and deck is amazing and you can hear the ocean from the house. Short private trail to the beach but a little walk to the water. We saw at least 15 whales go by from the living room window on the evening of our anniversary. Pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Great Mexican food at Azuls and delicious Blackberry Daiquiris. Property manager was very helpful.

Not spectacular

My family and I stayed here because they really make it sound amazing. It would be amazing if they update the beds, handle the funkie smell in the fridge/freezer, and "old" smell throughout the home. The beds were truely horrible. The hidabeds they have is like your really trying to sleep on the bars without the mattress, the room with the ocean view was hard and if your a mover its a squeaker, and the room without the ocean view the bed was very springy. I know it sounds like a rant fest, but people should know this. The hottub was great! The distance to the beach was great. If you ask some of the family I went with they would say the view isnt that great due to the bushes being so tall. The yard did have a couple spots where we found stickers. So if your taking kids or dogs thought you should know.

Only good thing was the view/beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will keep this simple as it is a limited space. DO NOT STAY HERE if you care about any of the following things:- Ease of Use: No details about how things work- light switches control phone, internet, TV - not lights. It's all a guessing game. It was actually very concerning as it seems the wiring is a mess.- Cleanliness: Home was Dirty! Shower curtain mold, skylight covered in poop, Dust Everywhere, cobwebs, flooding toilet, etc.- Kitchen amenities: NO TOASTER??? Weird, right? Oven filthy, chipped dishes, not organized at all.- Comfort: couches not comfortable, limited seating (not for 6 people), furniture filthy, patio chairs were gross, I have seen better towels for $3 at Goodwill - the ones at this home were rags. - Extras: Hot tub shut off and we couldn't use it - property management came and fixed but it never got over 95 degrees.I have rented homes on the coast for 8 years now and this is by far the worst. I loved the view and beach, but that didn't make up for the house. It was a mess and VERY disappointing. If all you care about is the view and the beach, fine. But don't think the home will be comfortable or clean. I'm not a snob and I don't care about size of home or anything, but I expect cleanliness and comfort and should be able to turn on the TV without an instruction manual. These things do not exists here. So many other options out there. Ocean Odyssey was great in helping us, but this home is a disaster and shouldn't be a rental. I wouldn't let my family stay here for free.
