This beautiful condo is located on the top floor of a three story beachfront building overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It is located just minutes from downtown San Felipe and offers easy access to the beach and local amenities. To get to the beach, you follow a staircase from the entrance of the condo down into the sand. This building is unique because it was built into a hill, which means the rear of the building is on the street level and the front of the building is on the beach level.
 
After a day exploring the city, you'll be thankful to come home and relax and these two private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, high-end linens, and a comfortable seating area with two nautical themed armchairs. The room has a dresser to keep all of your belongings organized, a decorative floor lamp, and two soft and bright accent rugs that add color and personality to the room. This master bedroom also has a closet hidden behind sliding mirrored doors.

The master bathroom features his and her sinks, and a tub/shower combo with rain shower features and sliding frosted glass doors.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and also has its own bathroom. This room has a modern dresser and nightstand set, contemporary vanity, and a row of chairs along the wall for additional seating. This private bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors and a simple vanity area.
 
There are enough beds to accommodate four people, but the maximum occupancy of this home is six, so if you bring additional sleeping arrangements like air mattresses, you can accommodate two additional guests.
 
The beautiful gourmet kitchen features custom wood cabinets, modern appliances, and all of the essential kitchen accessories you'll need to cook for a hungry family. There is a coffee maker, gourmet knife set, wine glasses, dishware, bakeware, a toaster, and even kitchen necessities like spices to make you feel right at home. An elevated breakfast bar serves as a comfortable place to enjoy a healthy breakfast in the morning.

The contemporary living room features a conversational seating area with a modern sofa and matching armchairs, a simple coffee table, and unobstructed views of the private terrace and the sea beyond. The entire rear wall of the condo is made up of giant windows, offering amazing views and blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
