Welcome to Hanalei Bay Resort unit 4323/4324. A top floor unit with sweeping views of Hanalei Bay and the surrounding Bali Hai Mountains. This beautiful unit has 2 bedrooms, each with a King size bed along with a loft space with another King size bed and two large bathrooms with showers to rinse off after a day of exploring! Relax on one of the two lanai's overlooking Hanalei Bay before cooking a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Hanalei Bay Resort has many excellent amenities available to guests staying here and is one of the many reasons guests keep coming back! Explore the free-form lagoon pool overlooking Hanalei Bay and surrounded by waterfalls, lush tropical gardens, and a spa tucked away in a grotto carved from volcanic rock. Walk down the path toward the bay, and you'll find a second, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Enjoy a cocktail and some pupus while taking in spectacular views at the Happy Talk Lounge. Get your workout in at the newly renovated fitness center or schedule a tennis lesson with one of the pros at the Peter Burwash Tennis facility. Already a pro? Play a round at one of the four hard courts or four artificial courts! Enjoy over 22 acres of Hawaiian paradise, featuring mature tropical gardens with endless flowers, trees, and other local flora, or take a 5 min stroll down the jungle path to Puu Poa Beach, a beautiful sandy beach with snorkeling and amazing sunsets, located just below the resort. Picture perfect

Best views on the island. Our second visit to this condo on the gorgeous grounds of HBR. Kauai never disappoints and neither does this condo. Mahalo for another magnificent stay!

Beautiful View!

We enjoyed our stay at Hanalei Bay Resort! The view from the condo was gorgeous! We loved sitting on the balcony drinking our tea in the morning and watching the sunset in the evenings. It is a beautiful resort with a lot of hills. The walk up and down the hills is worth it. They do have a person on a golf cart that will drive you around the resort as well as to and from the beach below the resort. The beach below the resort is great! It has beautiful views and is not very crowded. The restaurant on site, Happy Talk was good with great views. The pool was nice with great views. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for 5 adults. There were plenty of beach chairs, snorkel gear, and coolers. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo is as expected

We enjoyed the condo, it was as promised, well appointed and lots of beach gear and snorkel equipment. We were not overly impressed with the resort however, it was very hilly and hard to walk, the trek to the beach was 10-20 min (all downhill on the way there and all up hill on the way back), the pool was relatively small, and the food options were limited (one restaurant open 3-9 daily except Wednesday, a carry out pizza place that was shut down most of our stay because of a flood I think, and another restaurant that appeared to be permanently closed). There were no on-property options for breakfast or lunch, and no daytime bar options to enjoy a cocktail by the pool. One of the bathrooms had a clogged drain, maintenance came out and said they did what they could but it was how the drain was made that caused the slow water drainage, really? The other bathroom was perfectly fine. The resort gives you wrist bands to wear on property and as many towels as you’d like, but you have to turn them all back in as you leave or you’ll be charged which was a huge pain (towels not small wristbands) when you also have to manage tired kids and suitcases. You could call for a golf cart to help but not all drivers were actually helpful. Our first driver when we arrived dropped us off and lugged all of our stuff upstairs. A driver later in trip dropped us and all of our beach gear, etc. at the stairs and we had to lug everything upstairs ourselves with two exhausted and sunburnt kids.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped condo. In red view and great location.

The overall property is in flux with one onsite restaurant closed and some nearby construction. None of that impacted our enjoyment. We were not bothered by any construction noise. There is a great variety of dining nearby and the setting is great. The beach below the hotel is swimmable and quiet and other beaches are a short drive away.
