Hébergement pour 10 dans cette maison entièrement équipée, mise à jour, 4 lits, 3 salles de bain. Le bureau a un lit queen-size. Cuisine avec appareils de cuisine professionnels ouvrant sur la grande salle et sur la salle à manger, ou retraite dans l’oasis dans la cour arrière comprenant un coin salon, une télévision à écran plat et une chaîne hi-fi et détendez-vous dans la * piscine chauffée (de mars à octobre uniquement). avec supplément). Parfait emplacement central Scottsdale sur un grand terrain de coin. Le mini-tennis est une explosion, joué avec des raquettes juniors et des balles en mousse. Tous les niveaux passent un bon moment. Ou tirer des paniers sur le terrain.

Excellent!

This property is a gem in the Scottsdale AZ area. Clean, comfortable, well stocked house with a heated pool, a 2-car garage plus perfect location for our needs with Spring Training ball parks & the Phoenix Mountains for hiking. Plenty of nearby grocery options, restaurants & shopping opportunities nearby. Your host is very responsive to questions. House, in our experience, is in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is great for simply hanging out comfortably, playing pickle ball or swimming on the pool. We loved it so much we've already booked for next year.

Great Property and Host

Four of us on our annual golf trip. The house and location is perfect for food and golf courses. We will definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during our stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to provide ultimate comfort. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but also peaceful and quiet for relaxing downtime.The amenities were outstanding, with everything we could possibly need provided. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was a lovely bonus. It was clear the host took great care in ensuring every detail was just right.Communication with the host was seamless. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and provided helpful tips to make our trip even better. First Annual Holiday Family Vacation

Beautiful, clean property located in a quiet neighborhood. We played pickleball on the property court for hours and hours every day! The kitchen was well equipped and the owner’s Touro mini van made the stay very convenient. We plan to return next year if the home is available

The Pickleball House

We loved staying at the pickleball house! Very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and staples, and we loved how big the kitchen island was. Big laundry room with extra supplies and linens. The office workspace had a nice long counter/desk with glass doors just off the living room area. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We are novice pickleball players and we had so much fun on the backyard court. We hardly ever left the property! We will be going back again!

Take Us Back!!

We had a hard time leaving this amazing property. Our family, consisting of two adults and four teenagers, absolutely loved our time there. Each child had their own space, which made it easy to be there for a week. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The outdoor space was where we spent the most space...games of pickleball, floating in the pool/laying poolside, or sitting in the couch area readng a book or watching TV. Ryan was very responsive with communication. We would love to return sometime!

Would stay again!

We stayed for 11 nights and really enjoyed it! Easy check in. The backyard was super fun, great pool and pickle ball court. Neighbourhood was quiet and close to everything you need. Great communication from the host who was very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

Great house!

We had a great time visiting with family at this house. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and playing games. One of the best homes we have rented. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing property

Rented the house for a week with friends and family. The house fit our needs perfectly. The house is well equipped. Very clean and tidy. We spent the majority of our time on the covered deck and in the pool. Nighttime pickleball once the temperature dropped was also lots of fun. There is a Costco that is a five minute drive. The drive from the airport was easy and straightforward. We would definitely stay again. Ryan is a great host.

Wonderful time

If I could give this more than five stars I would everything was as it was explained we had a great time kids loved it. Lots of games the swimming pool the backyard everything. Host always answered my request or emails I would stay here again. Great location in Scottsdale and a wonderful neighborhood. I can't say enough about the stay it was great. Thank you for accommodating last minute booking.

Private Resort

The property was much bigger than we were expecting. The master suite was huge. It was the most well stocked property we have been to. Very clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio, pool, and pickleball court were perfect. It felt like we were at our own private resort!

Family gathering

Great set up for a family get together. Bedrooms are large and two have en suite bathrooms. Great covered areas in backyard. Made good use of pool and PB court.

Fantastic Stay!!!!

This home is fantastic! Very clean, wonderful layout, safe and central location. The backyard was set up perfect for our family hang out time, we never wanted to leave it. The house has everything you would need plus some. The host was amazing to work with, very responsive when we had a question or need. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this beautiful home.

Amazing week, excellent property

This house has everything it promises. Extremely well equipped with everything we could need, very clean, excellent communication with host and the patio - I could move in. We opted to have the pool heated and it was perfect. We hardly spent any time indoors - we enjoyed the Final Four on the patio on the outdoor television, spent nights chatting by the fire or on the ample outdoor seating and the days floating in the pool. Highly recommend!

So Many Fun Things To Do

Where else do you have your own pickle ball court and more games than I could think of? Ryan is the most considerate and responsive homeowner we’ve had over our twenty years of renting! A great location and home to enjoy.

fun with pickleball

The home is very clean. Great centralized location, quiet & safe neighborhood. Having pickleball onsite was fun; the local park's courts were always full. I didn't think we would touch the video games, but at night we had a lot of fun with those too. I am from the area originally and have a few aunts, uncles, cousins in the area; the host accommodated a special request for us to host a family dinner. Check in, check out, & during our stay everything was so easy, we only had one question; and the host was very quick to reply.

Pickleball Fun

We had the best time staying here! The location was fabulous! We had good shopping, golf and food all within 10-15 minutes! Easy to get to from the airport as well! The house was super spacious and comfortable!! The backyard is amazing with a pickleball court, pool, hangout area, cornhole and a tv! If you love to cook, this kitchen is perfect!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We absolutely love this property. This is where we started our family and the the kids learned to ride their bikes on the sport court and we would swim everyday in the summers. A nice baja shelf in the pool to dip your feet. The area is fantastic and central to everything. Close enough to North Scottsdale, and also close enough to enjoy downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale. Open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. We know you will love it too.
