Beach Blessing is only 225 yards to the beach access via a path with a designated pedestrian crosswalk across Route 12.

Community Amenities: The Hillcrest Drive beach parking area has 2 showers, toilets, a gazebo, benches, a viewing platform and a volleyball court. Beach and viewing platform are wheelchair accessible.

3 marinas: North Marina, South Marina & Loblolly Marina. There is a boat launch ramp at the North Marina off South Dogwood Trail, as well as a pavilion for parties and events.

Soundview Park on North Dogwood Trail includes a playground, picnic tables, charcoal grill, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, park benches, a kayak launching platform and a relaxing sandy beach.

Sunset Platform on North Dogwood Trail includes a seating area overlooking a sandy beach, a great spot for sunset viewings!

Sea Oats Park (corner of Sea Oats and Hickory Trails) provides a basketball half court with one hoop, children's play area, soccer field and picnic tables.

A secluded parking area approximately 500' from the beach, specifically for Chicahauk owners and guests.
