Plaisir du Sud est la parfaite maison de vacances de luxe juste en attente de votre famille à apprécier. Il y a beaucoup d'espace autour de la piscine pour se détendre.

Une chambre à l'étage inférieur est parfait pour votre adolescent ou de jeunes enfants. Ils peuvent se divertir en jouant baby-foot, jeux vidéo ou tout simplement regarder la télévision. Le deuxième niveau comprend un maître Reine et 2 chambres doubles supplémentaires avec une salle de bain partagée. Également sur le niveau il y a une véranda pour une escapade privée !! Le troisième niveau comprend un Master King avec une grande baignoire de jardin. Le maître à ce niveau a également un accès direct à une véranda. Le troisième niveau comprend également une grande salle magnifique qui est parfait pour votre famille pour se détendre après une autre grande journée au paradis.

We had a wonderful stay in this home! The owner was very kind and responsive. The home was super comfortable for 8 people, and we all enjoyed the pool! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly home near the beach!

Great trip! Great place to stay, not one issue that i even needed to reach out to the property owner for. Just a short walk to the beach and a great pool if its not a beach day. The house has everything you could need!

Absolutely enjoyed our time in this space. Beautiful home. Great location. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely return in the future. The kitchen is stocked with many useful items. The instructions were easy to follow. We received the guest information well in advance. There are many areas in the house to hang out. Very clean. Lots of outdoor chairs. Outside shower to clean off sand. The lower level living room with bedroom is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Furniture is updated. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for our family and friends that stayed with us. The property manager Dan was very helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group! It was clean, had a nice pool and outdoor patios, and was in a great location, close to the beach and downtown Duck.

Great Location

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was a big hit with everyone and the home was very accommodating. Our host was also accommodating and gave us all the information we needed to complete our vacation. The park and the beach provided us all with activities within walking distance. This is a beautiful home with excellent amenities. It is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful Vacation

The house was clean and well stocked. Lots of board games, private pool and the PAC man game kept the kids busy when we weren’t at the beach. Great location, very close to the beach. Easy check in and check out and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay in Southern Shores

Two families enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It’s about 1/3 mile walk to the beach and right on a main road, but it came with parking passes that could get you and your beach goods a lot closer to the dunes. Property is well-kept and clean.

Lovely house

The house was fantastic with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a great layout for our three families. The kids loved the arcade games and the pool. The owners thought of little details that made it feel like home, such as providing kids’ books, puzzles and board games, along with dish soap and laundry detergent. Crossing route 12 was a bit difficult at times of heavy traffic but the location was convenient to Duck and Wal-Mart/Harris Teeter. The beach was an easy walk away and the owner provided parking passes which was very nice. We had a great time here!

Family reunion

We had 3 groups there. One each from TN, CT and WI. Had a great time. Everything as stated in the description. The pool was great. Ran out of propane for the grill but Dan was quick to bring out a refilled one. Nice place to stay.

Home away from home

We had a great stay at Dan’s house. Everything was clean and just as described. Huge comfortable space, well stocked kitchen, great amenities with pool, hot tub, and outdoor space. Short walk to the beach, but be aware that you do have to cross a very busy main road with no sidewalk (a little treacherous for little ones). Dan was super responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property highly and stay here again!

2023 Family Vacation

We stayed the week of memorial day and even though the temperature did not go above 70°, we were still able to enjoy ourselves. We enjoyed both the beach, which was only a short 2 block walk and the pool every day. We did not opt to have the pool heated. The owner Dan was easy to contact and he answered our questions. This was the first place that we rented tgat we did not need to use any of our own kitchen ware. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, pots & pans and electric appliances. I would stay here again.
