Walk down the hall where you'll find a full bath with a tub/shower unit. Beyond the bathroom is the main floor bedroom with a queen size bed, bureau and a flat screen tv. Across from the main bedroom is a brand new half bath with a new washer and dryer.
Head up the stairs where you'll find a bedroom with 2 twin beds. There's another bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen tv on the second floor.
All the bedrooms are decorated with bright beachy colors.
On the side of the house there's a fully enclosed brand new outside shower, there's nothing like a outside shower after your day at the beach!
The outside patio area is a great place to hang out. There's a dining table with an umbrella to enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or hamburgers and hotdogs on the gas grill. There's 2 chaise lounges to relax on after a long day at the beach. A firepit completes this backyard, sit around the fire and toast marshmallows'.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
