The inviting sunken living room features shiplap walls, cozy couches, and a large flat-screen TVâperfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. From here, step out to your private patio with outdoor seating, overlooking the lush courtyard, just steps away from the sparkling pool.
Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, A/C, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath with a shower. A private balcony overlooks the peaceful courtyardâan ideal spot for morning coffee.
A few steps up is a shared bath with a tub/shower combo and an additional bedroom with two twin beds and A/C. On the third level, another bedroom offers twin beds, A/C, and a deskâperfect for a work-from-home setup.
The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Marthaâs Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.
Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the poolâs closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
