Nice place to stay

Everything was great. The only negative is that the pool is not deep enough for a diving board. One of the people staying with me hit his head on the bottom of the pool.

Everything was great. I didn’t read that the pool wasn’t heated. Should have read everything before we arrived and found it was cold. Would have loved to have been able to pay extra to have to heated for a few days. Loved the area. The house was clean and comfortable.

Pretty good spot, but a little pricey

We stayed here for 10 days when we were in town for a race. The home was spacious and had some very nice indoor and outdoor seating areas. Location was perfect for what we needed. Home seems to have taken a little bit of a beating with overuse, but it was functional and in fine shape for our use.. If you have a large group and need to be in Peoria area, I would recommend this house. That said, I believe this home is overpriced for what it is and in the end and seeing what else was available, I feel we overpaid. Highs: two spacious indoor and two outdoor seating areas. An indoor and an outdoor eating area. Bedrooms were nice size and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to cook. Cooking knife selection was great. Large fridge and nice double oven. Plenty of parking. Large TV's with enough streaming options to choose from. Two full bathrooms. Host was very responsive when I had questions and was quite friendly. Lows: House was in need of a few repairs. Host book with information about house was out of date (for example, offer pass for state parks, but pass was expired). Functionality of bathrooms were a little off, toilets were disruptive if you hit the large flush & shower head in master was brutal. Hot water tank is tiny, so don't expect for more than 1-2 showers in a few hour period of time. Pool isn't heated (was not advertised as heated, but didn't realize and stopped us from using it).

The home has two nice living areas with a wide variety of board games and TVs. The backyard is wonderful with two sitting areas and fire pits, as well as a gas grill and charcoal grill. We were surprised to find that there were not bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and no Kleenex tissues provided. There were very small amounts of these items under the sinks that looked like they had been left by other guests. There is a very small quantity of silverware and bowls, but plenty of coffee mugs. Several of the spoons were sharply rough as if they had been dropped into the disposal in the past. The air fryer and coffeemaker are very nice! The fact that the home is all on one level and there is a floor level walk in shower is a big plus for us. The light switches are very confusing and one of the bedrooms has no lamp. The master suite is spacious and the other bedrooms are rather small with one bed very low to the floor. The location is great, it was a short drive to the Cactus League spring training baseball games and only about a half hour drive to Scottsdale and Phoenix.

Celebration of Life

I live in Flagstaff but needed a place for a couple days while we had a service for my husband at nearby Christ Church of the Valley. The house was perfect for our needs and plenty of room for family to gather after the service. I felt comfortable walking in the door. Best part is it is Pet friendly. I highly recommend this home.
