Less than 2 miles to P83 dining and shopping, the 101 interchange and the Peoria Sports complex, This dessert Oasis boasts a 155 INCH SCREEN with 4K HD movie theater projector with surround sound for the full theater experience. Room darkening and reclining seats. Roku enabled to watch all you desire. Central heat and AC, ceiling fans in each room.
In the back yard enjoy our HEATED POOL, covered gas bbq, fire table surrounded by a couch and rocking chairs. For further entertainment we have corn hole as well as a 3 hole putt-putt golf. We have 3 loungers by the pool, as well as outside dining table that seats 6. Pool toys for the kids to enjoy.
Enjoy a workout in the gym, then a nice dinner in the gourmet kitchen, with granite counter tops and bar. Parking options in the driveway or in the front of the home. We are super hosts and have worked hard to provide a relaxing, beautiful home with all the amenities you would want for a 5 star vacation.

We just had an awesome stay at this property! It served as our home base for a family reunion and it was perfect!! Lots of space for everyone to gather both inside and out…all of our family raved about how ideal it was…we highly recommend .

The house is very cozy, updated, and clean! We enjoyed the outside seating area in the evening. We would definitely rent again! The host was very responsive.

The house was perfect! Extremely clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Mattresses were excellent and I’m picky about a good mattress when on vacation. Pool was great size and heated for us which I really appreciate! Angela was very accommodating and I highly recommend this property!! Hopefully we will be able to rent it again in the future!! Thank you Angela!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was excellent and incredibly thoughtful. The home had a fully stocked coffee bar, which was such a nice touch, and the theater room was a huge hit—complete with popcorn and buckets provided. Every bed was very comfortable, all of the rooms were spotless, and the backyard was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

House is very comfortable and clean! Well appointed furnishings. The large screen tv was a hit as our family enjoyed karaoke, watched movies, etc. Lovely neighborhood and convenient. Amazing house !!! Cozy and yet everyone was able to have their own space to relax and be entertained. Space was big enough to host family for movie night, bbq and pool party - in Novemeber thanks to the heated pool. The putting green kept the younger ones busy while the adults enjoyed the relaxed quiet backyard space.Location is in a well kept family neighborhood and is convient to entertainment districts, grocery shopping and freeway access for day trips.Ms. Angela the host was easy to contact and very quick to help with any glitches. She has designed the house with a comfortable elegance.
