Unit 125 Poolside 3BD--Private Balcony, Association Beach & Pool

This updated poolside Condo is ready to be your home away from home for your summer vacation! Just a one minute walk to the private association beach and pool!

Unit 125 has an open kitchen with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and kitchen island. The living room has plenty of seating and a mounted flat screen TV, it also opens up to the private patio with a natural gas grill.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, mounted flatscreen TV, ensuite updated bathroom and balcony that faces the courtyard. Continue up a small flight of steps to where the laundry area is, an additional updated full bathroom and a second bedroom with a mounted flatscreen TV and two twin beds. There's a desk and high speed internet if you need to work while your on vacation.

Traveling up an entire flight of steps takes you to the third floor. On the third floor is an additional bedroom that has a queen bed and a double bed, and a mounted flat screen TV. There is an extra *bonus room* that has a twin bed. Don't forget the beautiful rooftop balcony that has views of the ocean. In efforts to keep this unit freshly updated and modern, there has been ongoing renovations that include updating to hard wood floors, new furniture pieces, updated bathrooms, and entertainment options provided throughout the home. This unit has so much to offer!

Pool Hours are seasonal. Open daily July and August. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: Pool could be closed or have limited days and hours the last 2 weeks weeks in August, due to lack of lifeguards

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
