Upon entry, you'll find a charming first bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle, and AC.
Down the hall is a beautifully remodeled bathroom with a modern shower.

The fully equipped kitchen, which boasts a large dining table, an island, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.
The adjacent sitting area with AC features a comfy couch, and sliding glass doors lead out to a deck complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area.

Upstairs, the bright and airy living room with AC welcomes you with a large sectional sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a stunning picture window framing views of the nearby beach grass.

Just a few steps up, the spacious primary bedroom offers two twin beds, AC and a luxurious remodeled shower.

On the top floor, the third bedroom with AC features a cozy queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a desk for those who might need to work from home.

The highlight of this townhouse is the rooftop deck, where you can relax with your morning coffee or enjoy sunset cocktails while taking in breathtaking marsh views and partial ocean glimpses.

Pool Hours are seasonal. Open daily July and August. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day.

In order to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for your vacation pleasure, Condominium Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced. Each unit is individually owned.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
