Located on the second floor in the âKingfisher Apartmentsâ offering lift access, fully tiled and quality finishings to name a few.
Upon entering you will be greeted with open plan spacious living areas where the combined dining, living, and kitchen areas have modern furnishings together with a large flat screen Smart TV. The Kitchen has amazing cupboard space plus an eat-at island bench to die for, all new appliances featuring a large family size fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop and stone benchtops. The beautiful spacious balcony with quiet street and filtered water views will be an entertainerâs delight with large outdoor setting and Gas BBQ for those afternoons coming back from the beaches.
There is a study nook which offers a quiet reading and study space or play area for children just off the living area.
The main bedroom has large built-in robe and ensuite with tiled walls including shower, vanity, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms offer built in robes. Ducted air conditioning is throughout the unit.
The main bathroom has a deep-set bathtub, shower, vanity, and toilet. The property also has a large laundry with washing machine and dryer.
It is two hundred steps to the beach front from the back gate via the beautiful rear lane walking path, a 10 minute walk through Anzac Reserve to Shoal Bay village, 5 minutesâ drive to the Nelson Bay CBD for shopping and cafes or Nelson Bay Golf Club.
