This pet friendly property is situated in a perfect location. With only a walk or very short drive to the beach, river, children’s playground, main shopping centre and Goolwa main street.

The Space:
On entering this home you will love the open plan living with large picture windows and views that take your breath away.
Large front lounge room with plenty of seating, WiFi/Internet & Smart TV, ceiling fan and a split system heating and cooling.
Dining area to seat 6-8 people plus 3 bar stools.
Kitchen with high raked timber ceilings, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, Pura Tap, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and much more!
Wood Fire with wood supplied.
Master Bedroom with a queen size bed, Smart TV, built-in robe and a newly renovated en-suite.
Bedroom Two with a double size bed and a built-in robe
Bedroom Three with a tri bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top) and a built-in robe complete with a selection of children’s games and books,
Main Bathroom with a shower and separate bath.
Separate toilet.
Separate laundry with a combo washing machine and dryer, and a Dyson stick vacuum cleaner.

The property was absolutely lovely the family and dog enjoyed it all.
The property was exactly as shown in the photos. The outdoor area was amazing and games shed for all to enjoy. Good location being so close to the beach and town centre. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway!
Clean, well appointed house in walking distance to the river or beach. On a quiet street and opposite the golf course so a nice green outlook. The house is very comfortable and has many entertaining areas to keep every age amused. We really enjoyed our stay!

Well equipped house with lovely view of golf course. Great entertaining area protected from wind. Large shed well presented including table tennis table. Great family fun.

Goolwa getaway
Property was fantastic, our family loved the stay. We look forward to returning with our family. We loved all the activities the house included.
Only negative was having to pick up the key from Hayborough. A locked key box would make it a lot easier for check in and out.

Awesome home
Well presented and located. Clean and well appointed home. Only negative was no wiring locks on external gates to keep out dogs safe

Wonderful and relaxing
2023 was a very hard year for us and we needed to just get away and no have to worry about anything, this beautiful property provided us with a relaxing environment with all the mod cons you would need and was perfectly clean and comfortable, I wasn’t able to play table tennis but the bbq area was so relaxing and a perfect spot for reading, this was a wonderful refuge for us

Something for everyone including the dogs
Very well appointed, all comforts provided, great combustion fireplace, great patio area with comfortable couches, TV, BBQ and dining area. Well stocked kitchen, including sharp knives. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out with a great space in the shed for games.

Family friendly
A lovely family friendly house with comfortable furnishings so you can relax with the little ones without hovering over them every minute of the day (2 x 2 yr olds) Great outdoor areas. 2 x queen beds would be an asset instead of 1 x queen and 1 x double. Overall a wonderful weekend with the family. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic Property
My husband & 2 X dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect (picturesque/central) & the house is very clean & functional (great furniture/showers/kitchen/bedding/electronics) There is also beautiful, secure backyard & games shed. We have no constructive criticism - all our needs were met & exceeded. Many thanks!

Immaculate home within walking distance to the beach.
Thanks for a lovely stay over Easter in your beautifully presented home. We especially appreciated the generous supplies of dishwasher tablets and herbs and oils for cooking and plentiful crockery and cutlery. The big yard outside was fabulous for the dogs. The entertainment deck and shed was enjoyed by the young ones. And the view onto the golf course was lovely to come home to. We all enjoyed our stay and think it's the best house we've rented yet (and we've been coming down to Middleton and Goolwa for over 10 years!)

Slice of Heaven absolutely
Hi, we had the best stay at your house thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in such great location opposite the golf course awesome View and the house was in absolutely in pristine condition and with every everything you could possibly want the kids and I loved playing table tennis and watching movies out back under entertaining area with a webber Q BBQ cooking breakfast and dinner was ezy. But best of all was to be able take our Doggy gril with us as she loved her walks and a swims on the beach and then go for a walk to Goolwa and have a rinse off in the fresh water after. We will definitely be booking again..Doggy friendly is an understatement if you have a Dog 🐕 you will love this place, back yard nice and secure too. I give it 5 Stars.. ps: get your linen through Ian at Victor Linen excellent to deal with at around $80 you will get all the linen you require, Brilliant and ezy..
