The coffee lovers will delight in the Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, perfect for leisurely mornings on the spacious front deck, which is ideal for entertaining or simply
soaking in the skyline.

Our main house offers three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious King-sized bed and stylish ensuite.
The front bedroom overlooks the beautiful sand
dunes and offers a Queen-sized bed.
A cosy double bedroom provides a peaceful retreat overlooking the backyard to complete the bedrooms on offer inside the home.

For larger groups or those seeking some additional privacy, there is a standalone `bunk house`, available.
Please don’t let the name fool you, there is not a bunk insight.
The ‘bunk house’, offers a Queen sized and single bed. It has a cosy seating area which includes a TV and R/C split system air conditioning for your comfort.
It is available upon prior request and for an additional nightly fee.

Outside, the home provides multiple entertainment areas—an undercover BBQ area with a generous outdoor dining table, expansive lawns, and an ever inviting fire pit.
All within a securely fenced yard, perfect for families and pet owners.

With prior approval, your well-behaved dog can join you on holidays (please note, puppies under 12 months are not permitted).

Sand & Surf is conveniently situated on a corner block with the home providing easy access for boat owners and is just a short stroll from Goolwa`s sandy beaches, the surf lifesaving
club, and the popular Kuti Shack Cafe. Adjacent to the property is the Endeavour bike track, offering scenic rides from Middleton to Encounter Bay.

Smoking, vaping, and parties are strictly prohibited to ensure a serene and relaxing environment for everyone’s enjoyment.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

The shed on the property is excluded from the booking.

The `bunk room` is available on request for an additional fee.

Guests can contact their host via Airbnb or telephone anytime in the lead up, during, and after their stay with any enquiries they may have.

This property is not available for schoolies bookings and doesn`t accept 25th Dec arrival/departure.

Parties are not permitted.

Evidence of parties, events, late night disturbances, smoking/vaping will be subject to penalties.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
