The Space:
When not at the beach, why not visit the local markets, picnic at the river or take the famous cockle train to Middleton, Port Elliot or Victor Harbor. The designated bike path from Goolwa to Victor Harbour is also a great family activity

A glass sliding door leads out to the balcony, you can relax and listen to the waves or maybe sip a glass of wine while enjoying the ocean views

Main Bedroom has ocean views, a queen size bed, walk in robe and a two way bathroom.

Bedroom two has a double bed.

Downstairs layout:

Second living area this space is magnificent especially for the children! This area includes lots of seating space, A wall mounted TV and a pool table!

Bedroom three has a double size bed and built in robes.

Bedroom four has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top as well as built in robes.

Main Bathroom and toilet.

Separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, storage cupboards and a small extra fridge.
Iron and ironing board also included.

Outside entertaining area off the side of the house this is all paved and another outside table and chairs which includes 8 seats enjoy the ocean views from this area also.

Front yard has another outdoor entertaining area this area is all undercover and includes a lounge, gas heater and the BBQ. The lawned area next to this is a great place for children and pets to play, a path leads down to extra parking with a double gate and beach access only a 5 minute stroll away, For pets on vacation the large yard is fully fenced and there is also a rabbit/ guinea pig hutch which is available upon request.
