A flight of stairs (40 steps) leads down from the parking area to the main level. The main level is generous in size and comes with a compact well-appointed kitchen with a bar and stools, an attractive living room and dining area offering wonderful views of the outdoor pool area and the beautiful azure sea beyond.

The main level of this stunning villa also houses the master bedroom which comprises a king sized bedroom with en suite bath.

The 2nd level with its adjacent bedrooms includes a 2nd master (king) with en suite bath and a “kids-room” (also en suite) with 2 single beds. Both rooms provide breath-taking sea views.

Edged by coconut palms, Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters — ideal for swimming and snorkelling. It is almost always calm sheltered from the wind and ideal for mooring small pleasure craft. Grand Cul De Sac is a lovely lagoon popular with families. The beach borders a shallow, well protected bay and the water warm and relatively calm. It has several restaurants, hotels and water sports are available including a windsurfing rental station. You can even take a kite surfing lesson if you wish. You should definitely try lunch at O’Corail when you are there.
