BOUGAINVILLIERS Villa très privée et de charme avec vue mer proche de la plage

I am sorry you did not appreciate your stay at Bougainvilliers. Our listing does not pretend Villa Bougainvilliers is a brand new villa; it’s rate is also far away from the rate of brand new villas on St Barts. It remains very comfortable, pleasant, private and cozy as all of our previous guests mentionned, as well as our guests right after you. The villa is constantly maintained as soon as issues occur (they do on a seaside location!), and as fast as possible on a tiny island. The broken window has been replaced during your stay (which you forgot to mention). The bathroom of the master bedroom did not have any unpleasant odor when your first arrived, nor it had anymore once Christine ventilated it right after your complain. The living room is very airy if you maintain the slidding window open on the pool area (which avoid mosquitoes too). It is not geared to remain closed just hoping the 2 bedroom’s AC will cool it down. The Hunter ceiling fan in the living room was and is working. At this time of the year (march), one terrace of the pool area is at the sun from 7:00am to 4:30pm (nightfall 6:20pm), the other one is at the sun from 8:00am to 3:00pm, it gives you options. The pool furniture is not moldy, it has the colour of Teck at the sun and, as far as I know, it did not crush under your weight. Our listing , just like others, do not list « what the villa does’nt have », such as a laundry dryer (especially when we do provide housecleaning, including laundry). But you mentionned I am easily reachable and I always respond fast to any guest question before and after bookings. I do understand that villa Bougainvilliers cannot fit to every one, but our listing and pics are absolutely honest and accurate. We do our best for our guests to be happy and we are sorry your were not.
