Trois niveaux et 6500 pieds carrés sous le toit de la vie de luxe des Caraïbes. Six suites parentales spacieuses et climatisées avec salle de bains et lits king-size vous attendent. Deux toilettes supplémentaires au rez-de-chaussée pour les invités et le personnel. Promenez-vous tranquillement à l'extérieur pour profiter de plus de 3 500 pieds carrés de balcon privé, de piscine et de terrasse sur le toit. En tout, 10 000 pieds carrés de luxe subtil vous attendent à la Villa Mar Caribe.

Faites de la plongée avec tuba, nagez, faites de la plongée sous-marine ou en kayak de mer depuis votre propre plage semi-privée, ou plongez simplement dans votre piscine privée. Soliman Bay est une communauté fermée et personne ne vous dérangera. Les vendeurs de plage ne sont pas autorisés ... du tout. Les tortues marines venant à terre pour nicher seront le seul trafic que vous verrez. Tout ce que vous avez à faire est de vous détendre.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Being steps away from the beach you just cant beat that! The staff at the house were amazing and very helpful in keeping everything clean, including the seaweed off the beach. We did the meal service 2 nights and were a bit underwhelmed with the food quality. But the bartender service was totally worth it. The house its self has some wear and tear I feel like could be updated but overall it was a amazing house, location and time spent. We would definitely come back.

We came with a group of 12 for a bachelorette party and had the BEST time! The house is gorgeous, the pool and proximity to the ocean was incredible, and the staff was so helpful, sweet, and friendly! Isaac was incredibly helpful with planning our trip ahead of time. Lenny and Jefe took wonderful care of the house and were always available if we needed something. We loved access to the kayaks, and it was just a short walk to the MantaRay hotel, where we had a delicious lunch on the beach. We also opted for the private chef, Elias, to make dinner each night, and it was so worth it! He was very lovely and made us amazing dinners every night of the trip. Thank you so so much for an unforgettable visit! Would definitely stay here again! :)

The house management teams was very attentive. The hood of the stove did not work, and you had to light the oven by hand . No dishwasher. Grab some paper products on your way into town! Sun rises were beautiful! Pool was not heated so a little chilly. And you will need charcoal for the outside grill! That was Key to us cooking all week. And the house manager did a beverage run for a small feefor us before arrival so several cases of beer/ water/seltzers were there for us. Gated community, so we felt safe.

The house and amenities were excellent. The location is perfect, with its white sand and warm waters we could not have asked for better.The onsite people, Lenny and Agustin were outstanding, very accommodating, helpful, and proactive! The house is exactly as described, and spotlessly clean.We hire the chef Federico’s services and the chefs that cooked for us: Elias & Sacha; we highly recommend. Their menus, the food presentation and their accommodating attitude, and friendliness made our experience very special. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!The Only! Negative issue was the WiFi. Out of the week of our stayed we had no service for four day and there were several of the guest that needed it to work remotely!

Spring Break Escape

Sixteen of us stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. The space was comfortable, the decor was and we enjoyed that the kids could snorkel from the house, and just the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We had some problems with the Chef service so I would caution you not to use Chef Carlos' services.

Birthday weekend with family

Had an amazing birthday weekend with multiple families and ages, and everything was absolutely fantastic. House was spacious and comfortable. Location 15 minutes north of Tulum is perfect, and Solimon Bay is picturesque. The chefs are an absolute must and made meal planning incredibly easy and everything they prepared was incredible. Great stay all around.

I selected this location for a girl's (7 of us!) getaway long weekend and we could not have been happier with our experience! The property itself is gorgeous and very spacious (with a good lay out). Beds were very comfortable. We opted for the chef service (DO IT!! You won't regret it.). The beach is sandy and great for swimming. Overall 10/10!

The house is located in a great location with direct access to the beach.But for the price charged the bedding and Kitchen cleanliness left a fair amount to be desired. The road to this house is full of potholes. We lost all water on all Christmas Day ! The onsite manager was helpful and his wife took great care of us.

Great stay, location is gorgeous

The villa is roomy and had a lots of space for 16 of us. The location is unbeatable, right on the sandy beach with the palm trees surrounding the property. The kayaks were great, our group enjoyed using them. The ocean is just gorgeous, with no waves. There was some seagrass by the shore and on the beach, but it was tolerable, and it was promptly removed from the beach by the stuff. The chief's services were great as well. We were provided with tasty Mexican food, and it was fantastic.

Things happen but just not a good first impression.. we had to clean the beach area when it could have easily been done prior to our arrival and maintained. Only when they saw guests cleaning they decided to take action. Yes the seaweed was bad and unpredictable, but the house next to us prepared for guest as we watched..1st impressions are mandatory at that price point.

New Year in Tulum

We had an amazing extended family celebration at this beautiful property. The beach and water at Soliman Bay is perfect. Warm water, sandy beach, and coconut milk right from the trees on property! The pool was perfect for a volleyball match. Kayaks and snorkeling only steps from the house. Cocktails while sitting on swings at the bar of the walking distance boutique hotel. The chefs served wonderful local food and trips to town to buy supplies brought us to locals only butcher and fishmonger. Nearby excursions to the cliff jumps at cenotes, the Tulum and Coba ruins (where you can still climb the pyramid!) and Sian Kaan, the Unesco heritage site were amazing. The house was perfect for our large group and we can't wait to go back.

Large family of 11 adults and 3 kids Pros: great views, multiple large common areas, cleaned daily except for sundays. Cons: no furniture on the 3rd floor terrace. The two 2nd floor master rooms do not have doors for the bathroom/toilet. (Found this to be awkward and uncomfortable) Important notes: no air conditioner on 1st floor common areas. (Know before we booked) Daily chef service a great add on to elevate the stay. Would stay again.

Fabulous home, fantastic location!

Our Thanksgiving week at Casa MarCaribe was a 3-generation family trip of ten, ages 2-74. (Should have been 14 of us; sadly four could not join us due to last minute Covid.) The dirt road in is a potholed mess, but the house makes up for it! It's spotless and roomy; the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with room AC. We lucked out with gorgeous weather to enjoy the pool, kayaking and a calm ocean just steps from the house-- just the ticket for young children. We visited Coba and Tulum Mayan Ruins, Dos Ojos cenote. While enjoying some great lunches and dinners out, we also found that Tulum's Chedraui grocery store provided all the food/beverages we needed for delicious Mexican home cooking. Kitchen wasn't as equipped as we'd have liked -- and there was no microwave as advertised. But everything else-- perfecto! Candy and Fernando were always helpful, and set up at-home Covid testing for us. Highly recommended!

Yikes! Do not recommend.

I don’t even know where To begin. The family before us their review was pretty spot on! It’s unfortunate that we didn’t see it until our 3rd night there. The owner was defensive when I brought up the issues which only made it worse. When I spoke to her on the phone a couple days prior to our arrival there was no mention about how terrible the seaweed was. In fact her words included a promise of a white sandy beach and clear blue water. No where did she say the smell of dead seaweed from the front AND back of the house was so so bad that it legitimately will wake you up at 3am on the dot every morning. She also states in her listing that there is AC ( I made sure to SS it before she changed it) in the house. Well that’s not entirely true. Only the bedrooms will have AC with the exception of the 2nd master room ..... the AC was not functioning. The lack of AC wouldn’t have been an issue if we could move passed the smell of what I would imagine dead corpses in order to keep the windows open. Also , the house isn’t quite the same as pictured. The pool isn’t even the same! If you’re going expecting a relaxing time under the palapas ... well you’ll have to go to the neighbor and make friends and maybe they will allow you to use theirs... since that’s what is pictured in the listing. The seaweed I understand is not in her control. But the rotting seaweed is. And I feel it’s something she should have mentioned when we spoke on the phone. This trip turned out to be a big disappointment and not at all what was sold to us

We had a short but very wonderful vacation with our friends and families. We loved everything about this vacation. Absolutely amazing location, property , management and host. Great family vacation

Fantastic property for a family. Hire the cooks and you will not be disappointed. Carlos and Antonio were fantastic!! We will certainly be coming again. We booked the villa as a Christmas gift to our four children and their families and they loved every part of it. Thank you Nancy for such a beautiful home!

Great vacation property.

We loved the house. We experienced all the positives noted in many reviews here and none of the negatives. Best snorkeling experience we've ever had and the home's furnishings are better than the photos on the listing.

I fell in love with Soliman Bay on my first trip to this area for its vibrant colors, warm breeze, white sand beach, crystal clear blue ocean, sound of Palm trees and hospitality of Mayans. Come and share my love for the area.

Soliman Bay is a gated enclave and access is restricted to residents and their guests. This means that beach vendors are strictly prohibited. In addition, you have more than 1 mile of white sand crescent-shaped beach, and shallow, warm, crystal clear water to share with only a handful of other homeowners, visitors, and sea turtles.
