Villa Sofia est une nouvelle villa de plage spectaculaire haut de gamme intégrée dans un environnement tropical. Cette magnifique maison est l’une des villas les plus récentes dans la région.

Cette nouvelle villa est l’endroit idéal pour s’évader et profiter tout simplement de sa forme la plus pure.

La villa est située entre Tankah Bay et Soliman Bay. Ces deux baies sont très isolées et le sens de la nature est omniprésent. D'un côté les Caraïbes et de l'autre la jungle.

La Villa Sofia est le cadre idéal pour des vacances en famille, des excursions avec des amis ou une escapade romantique rapide.

Villa Sofia comprend 5 chambres spacieuses. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée. Il y a une Casita supplémentaire qui peut être louée comme une 6ème chambre qui a un lit king-size avec un canapé-lit, une salle de bain privée et une kitchenette. Avec la casita, cette luxueuse villa offre suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 13 personnes.

La villa comprend une cuisine de chef entièrement équipée, 2 salons séparés, une télévision à écran plat et un système Dolby Surround. Aux premier et deuxième étages, vous trouverez des terrasses spacieuses offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan et des aménagements extérieurs confortables. En bordure de la terrasse, une grande piscine à débordement surplombe la plage de sable privée et la mer des Caraïbes. Une vue vraiment majestueuse.
Juste en face de la plage, vous trouverez un grand palapa, idéal pour dîner à l'extérieur. Les salles à manger intérieure et extérieure ont suffisamment d’espace pour accueillir confortablement 10 personnes.
Dans toute la maison, vous ne trouverez rien d'autre que de nouveaux meubles haut de gamme.

The house was the perfect spot for our spring break trip! Marcel and Jennifer were very responsive and shared excellent recommendations from drivers to restaurants, etc. Everyone from chefs, housekeeping, driver were very reliable. We felt safe and taken care of the entire trip!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Sofia - it was the perfect house for our group. The house itself was gorgeous and very comfortable - the private pool was spectacular and we loved having so much beach to ourselves. Francisco and the housekeepers were wonderful, Marcel and Jennifer were very communicative and friendly owners, and we loved the chef we hired, Antonio. Will absolutely recommend this home to others!

Great beachfront house

If your looking for a great property in Tulum this is the spot. They clean everything every day. Even did the dishes! Fransico is on site and there for whatever you need… Marcel was always a text away with any questions and took care of us in a very timely manner.. You get what you pay for and this is a top notch spot for a large group

The best you can get

This place is the best you can get, marcel 10/10 for communication. Property & staff were also fantastic. Little secret we weren't expecting was the hatching turtles right on the beach in front. It made the value 10 fold seeing this happen like a nature documentary on your doorstep. We arranged a private chef which is also a great idea. Thanks marcel, see you next time

Absolutely phenomenal

We loved everything about villa sofia. The hosts were very easy to contact and helped us answer questions ahead of our trip. We had groceries delivered ahead of time and then rented a car to get there. The host helped me find these resources when i had questions. The road to villa Sofia is quite bumpy, being a dirt road by the ocean, but we transported groceries and eggs with no problems. The house is about 20min from the grocery store and we did cook for ourselves very comfortably at villa sofia. The ruins are less than 30min away. The house was perfect and beautiful and very clean. Fransisco and Patricia were very wonderful and they cleaned every day. Fransisco helped us with whatever we needed and gave us a bin to collect the baby turtles we found in the morning so that we could release them in the evening when it was safer. Patricia helped with my laundry when i misunderstood that there would be a washing machine and planned on washing clothes. We did also get to witness a turtle lay her eggs on the beach. It was a very unexpected and magical surprise.The sargassum seaweed was quite bad and did smell bad once you were on it but there is nothing to do as that is a natural phenomenon. From the house with the stunning view, it did not bother us. The beach is also rocky. There are water shoes provided but it was not great for the 4yr olds. They didn’t mind as they swam in the pool and played in the beautiful sandy area of the patio. The older ones loved snorkeling.

Luxurious accommodation with great service

We came to Villa Sofia with five of our couple friends for my husband's birthday. The Villa was beautiful, spacious, and was steps away from the ocean. Villa Sofia was like staying in a hotel -each morning the house the house was cleaned while we swam in the infinity pool. Marcel was wonderful and very responsive. He even gave us his cell phone number to text him if we needed something during our stay. Marcel also gave us a complimentary, delicious fruit tart to celebrate my husband's birthday. We hired Chef Antonio's Private Chef Services for daily breakfast and dinner. Daniel and Edwin (our chefs) made delicious meals with beautiful presentations. Daniel and Edwin also had great personalities. They were always joking around with our group. Our trip was during sea turtle nesting season. To increase the chance of newly hatched baby turtle survival, Marcel's staff would collect the newly hatched turtles and then release them during the evening. This would prevent the birds from snatching and eating the baby turtles. During our first night at Villa Sofia, we got to hold the baby turtles and release them into the ocean. A few of our friends saw a female turtle lay her eggs on the beach. Our group kept raving about the villa and Chef Daniel. We are so glad we decided to stay at Villa Sofia for our vacation.

Amazing Villa Sofia

This was a beautiful place to stay with the family. We felt so at home. The caretakers Francisco and Patty were so wonderful. We hired chef Antonio to set up the menu weekly, his staff Delmar and Vicky were amazing . The meals were great and we felt so taken care of. The sunrise in the mornings were spectacular, and seeing the sea turtles return to lay their eggs and the babies hatch and go out to the sea, was a once in a life time experience. We feel so blessed to have had such a wonderful stay at Villa Sofia. Mahalo!

This house is A-mazing!! We had everything we needed. When we ran into an issue Marcel was very responsive. The housekeepers were just as amazing. Marcel gave us a list of things to do in Tulum down to even recommending a chef. We will definitely be returning to this house.

Amazing Stay!

We had a great time at Villa Sofia! We had booked our stay months before the pandemic, the host made sure to be in constant communication of all the safety precautions and what to expect. The villa itself is absolutely breathtaking, pictures do not do it justice! We also got to see hatching turtles right on the beach which was a plus! Amazing stay!

We had a great vacation! We were 4 families travelling (8 adults and 5 young kids) and the house could not have been more perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone and the place was spotless. The outdoor area was incredible and it was so nice being directly on the beach (though the beach was a bit rocky/coral-y, but water shoes were provided). Fransisco (the caretaker) was great and took care of whatever we needed. We hired chefs for the week through Marcel’s recommendation and they were absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Marcel was amazing and so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying at Villa Sofia, you will not be disappointed!!

Dream vacation!

Everything about this rental is sheer perfection: the gorgeous rooms and decor, the VIEW, the infinity pool, the safe neighborhood. The chef was the cherry on top, attentive to our needs while making the most authentic, amazing meals. Marcel and the rest of the staff was very receptive and always helpful. Beautiful Traquility

This property is beautiful. The layout is such that it can accommodate large groups well and you don't feel like everyone is on top of each other. The outside area is gorgeous. The pool, plenty of lounge chairs, the bar area, the large table that can accommodate everyone, and the swings - fantastic! The beach is rocky but water shoes are provided so it was not a problem to get in and out of the water. Because only the surrounding houses have access to the beach, and those were not occupied while we were there, the beach was completely private. Additionally, the beach is protected and the sea turtles come to lay there eggs. If you plan to stay between May and December, be prepared for the sand to be very hilly - in return, you may get a glimpse of a sea turtle laying its eggs or little turtles making their way into the ocean! So absolutely worth it and impressive! We would stay here again!

One word: Amazing!

We had the perfect getaway for my 40th birthday! Villa Sofia gave me and my friends the most amazing setting. Marcel is wonderful host! Any services that came from his network went above and beyond. From the Private Chef, the Masseuse to the drivers. The house keeper Francisco was very helpful and made sure the house is cleaned for you everyday. I would definitely stay at Villa Sofia again!

Heaven on Earth!

I had planned my 60th birthday family vacation for 18 months with 13 adults and two small children. Ages ranging from 3 months old to 81 years old. Villa Sofia accommodated us absolutely perfect! When we walked through the front door we knew it was perfect! It is as beautiful, if not more, than the pictures portray. The bedrooms were large and decorated perfect with beds that were large and very comfortable. The showers were large with windows that gave you beautiful views as you showered. All of faucets, basins were of a modern Euro design. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. Since we were a large group with varying tastes we chose to prepare our meals ourselves. There are two large supermarkets within a 20 minute taxi ride to provide all the necessary items. The road that the Villa is located on is not paved and is very private and secure with other Villas and small boutique hotels. There’s a wonderful boutique hotel called O’Tulum that is a 2 min walking distance from the Villa that offered the best ceviches I’ve ever had!! They served breakfast, lunch & dinner if you didn’t feel like cooking. There was also a very small mini mart located on the road about a 5 min taxi ride or 20 min walking distance for ice or other small items. The caretakers that live on the property, Francisco and his wife Patricia were absolutely amazing and attended to anything we needed. Patricia and another helper cleaned the Villa every day and provided us with fresh towels and linens. The most magical experience was the fact that we were able to see the large sea turtles come in every night and lay their eggs and also with the help of Francisco gather up the baby turtles that would emerge and save them from the predators and then release them into the ocean at dusk. It was beyond exciting. Since we stayed 2 weeks we were able to witness so many little miracles. Marcel, the owner, was so professional and amazing to work with. He provided us with all the necessary contacts from airport transportation to the taxi contact to a private chef if needed. It truly was a once in a lifetime experience and the best “Home Away” property we’ve ever stayed at. Their 5 star rating is truly merited!
