All three bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

LOCATION
Located just on the fringe of the CBD, you are an easy 20 minute walk into town where you will find some of Orange's best restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, parks and more.

Within 2-3 block you'll find Hill Street Grab and Go Café, Perry Oval Takeaway and Jaegar Reserve with a great kids playground and croquet field. Duntry League Golf Course is less than a 5 minute drive away.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
