Beautiful 3 Bedroom Private villa with Tropical Vibes in the Heart of Seminyak

Dear Joyann, while we will ask Stayz assistance to remove your retaliatory review, we would like to respond publicly until this is done to your claims: - Nobody has asked you to close doors when you go to bed, what exactly are you implying? We only remind guests to close doors when leaving the villa for safety reason as it is standard worldwide. - We have asked you 3 times to submit evidence of rats, which you never did. We had a specialize company come to check for trace of rat, which they couldn't find. We still installed traps just in case as per your request, even if you never submitted evidence of them. - We take photos of groups arrival (including you, not your daughter specifically) as per our check in procedure. You have never raised any complains about this, and we're not sure how this is creepy. - The villa is in the very heart of Seminyak, walking distance to plenty of restaurants (location described and shown on listing). this is a false claim, and complete public lie which may misslead guests. - When checking in, you said you did not check our villa location and wanted to be refunded because you had elderly in your group, and they couldnt climb the stairs to the second floor, showing you didn't even bother checking our villa recent photos, or check our description. We had to decline as we're not responsible if a guest book without checking, and therefore, ask to cancel without a valid reason. Stayz already declined your abusive refund request, so are we.
