The Space:
Welcome to the regal Fairwater in Mollymook, a sophisticated holiday rental that combines sublime comfort with a splendid location. This beautiful residence accommodates up to 10 guests, making it an ideal retreat for extended families or a group of friends seeking the ultimate coastal getaway.

Once you step into this splendid home, you'll find five luxuriously appointed bedrooms. The master suite features an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The remaining rooms are furnished with a pleasing mix of queen and twin-size beds, guaranteeing restful nights for everyone.

Upstairs also consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The downstairs area consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom and a living and dining area leading out into the back yard.

Furthermore, off-street parking is available for three vehicles, providing ample space for guests travelling together.

Great property UPSTAIRS, downstairs in serious need of renovation

Great location and outlook over Coller's Beach (which is dog friendly). Also a short walk along the beach front to Mollymook main beach. The upstairs of the property (main living area and 3 bedrooms) were well presented and spacious for our group of 9 in the communal living areas. The downstairs of the property (2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette) is woeful. Musty, dark and in serious need of updating. Unfortunately the downstairs area did not appear to have been aired for sometime and was also dusty/ mouldy. The fans in this area were unusable due to mould and rust. We also had some additional issues with a dirty bbq which had not been cleaned prior to our stay and resulted in much back and forth with the agency and promises to have to cleaned prior to Christmas Day however unfortunately this did not occur. Some of the kitchen appliances were also food encrusted and a cleaner was eventually dispatched by the agency to address some of these concerns.

Mollymook is delightful. No internet is challenging.

The house we stayed in was really nice and fitted our family needs well. However It was advertised to include internet and to bring your own sheets and towels.. unfortunately the internet did not work and managing agent could not rectify that in the 4 days we were there. We considered that the internet should have been checked prior to our arrival. A simple inspection would have identified that this key element was not working. We also discovered that there were boxes of linen in the bedroom. Given that we came from overseas we had bought and paid for sheets and towels in Sydney before travelling to Mollymook. That was a waste and also led to cramped travelling on the drive from Sydney to Mollymook The location was good. The other amenities in the house were very good. It is a shame that seemingly small matters were not addressed by the managing agents.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entry the laundry looks quite unappealing but once we walked in, it looked beautiful. Everything was supplied that was needed and the property managers were very helpful and followed up thoroughly

Great house for extended family

The accommodation is excellent for an extended family with plenty of living space and quiet privacy when needed for our grandchildren, children and us oldies. The kitchen is large and well stocked with everything we needed. The best thing was the location - just a short walk to a beach, rock fishing and a very safe rockpool for the little ones. We had a great stay!

No Power

This property has been half renovated and dirty. There was no power on as the owners had not paid the bill. We had to move to a lesser property at 5pm. Raine and Horne Milton were very helpful and offered to resite us. We found a suitable property at the 11th hour!!. Extremely disappointed to say the least. :((
