All the facilities we needed. Great location close to the beach. Visiting bird life was an added bonus. Amazing views.

Perfect view and location

We had a perfect 4 night stay with two families (adults + teenagers). You could never get sick of the view and the property was a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed. In addition there are many wonderful restaurants only a short walk or drive nearby. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Magnificent ocean views

A large, cleverly designed house with spectacular views. The large living areas upstairs have uninterrupted views over Mollymook beach. The bedrooms downstairs are surrounded by verandahs with equally wonderful views. There's convenient beach access, via a nearby staircase. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals.

Best views in Mollymook beach

Amazing views over the beach. We were 2 families staying at this amazing property and it had everything we needed and was more than enough room for us all. So close to access the beach and best spot to spend the day/night watching the waves. Leah was a fantastic host and very quick to respond when needed. Definitely will be coming back for another stay.

Magical Views

We arrived just before the storm hit and it was just outstanding. To watch that rain and the front come through was magnificent. Our host allowed us an early check in which was greatly appreciated as we were nervous about the weather. We loved our stay in Mollymook. The view is just breathtaking and so mesmerising. Can’t wait to visit again

Wonderful 3 days .Already looking forward to doing it again.A beautiful house with everything you need .The only fault I could find was the poor TV reception which really was of no concern as we couldn’t take our eyes off the breathtaking yet most relaxing of views.😀✅

Wonderful memories

Absolutely loved our stay in this stunning location. Communication was fantastic and property was as displayed online. Beach towels were provided and there’s a few extras for the teenagers like table tennis stored in the garage. A little chilly in the rooms downstairs if staying across winter. All bedrooms could do with a small heater, only one provided.

Absolute scam is this place and ownership - stay away!!

1. There was only 1 heater in one of the bedrooms. We purchased heaters to make it through the weekend. 2. There were not enough toilet rolls in the property, for which we had to purchase to make it through the weekend.3. My credit card was charged without my authority to damages that were not proven after more than 2 weeks of stay. Do not stay at this accomodation as you will be ripped off.

We’ve been operating this accommodation for over five years, and the vast majority of our guests have rated us 5 stars. We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped space, and we always do our best to resolve any issues promptly—provided we’re made aware of them. Unfortunately, we only heard from you after your departure, when I contacted you about the broken dining chair. Had you reached out during your stay, we would have gladly addressed your concerns. To clarify: 1.Heating: The property is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner upstairs and a heater downstairs in the foyer that circulates warm air into the bedrooms. I'm unsure why only one bedroom was heated. 2.Toilet Paper: We provide a starter supply of essentials. That is usually adequate for a weekend stay. 3.Damage Deposit: A security deposit is standard practice and only charged when there is verified damage. In this case, a dining room chair was broken during your stay. We rarely need to charge for damage, but unfortunately, this situation required it.

Exceptional Views

The house is very nice and the views are exceptional, second to none. The only problem we had was that the listing clearly states that it has satellite/cable in 2 places on the listing but when we arrived there wasn't any. This may not be an issue for a lot of people but for us this is critical as we love our sports and watching them.

Nice views

The cleanliness was very disappointing. Floors had not been vacuumed and washed. Mirror doors in bedrooms had blood, makeup and various other smudges and dirt. Windows looking out to the ocean where very dirty.

Basic accommodation with a view and lovely sitting room

Nice view and beautiful living room. Other rooms were very basic and under-maintained. Beds had sand in them, the downstairs shower has clearly lost the sliding door (sliders are in place but the shower is left to look like it was designed open to the bathroom). Bedside lamp did not have a light bulb in it and a blind was coming down in the bedroom facing the road. There is only one wall mounted air conditioner in the house and this is not on the same level as the bedrooms. Fortunately it was not hot when we stayed. On arrival the garage door was not working and we had to leave the car in an unlocked garage, but the owner had this fixed quickly when I messaged her. The owner was responsive and helpful. The upstairs room has a wow factor, and this might be worth it for a stay. We left a day early and stayed elsewhere because of the sand in the beds.

summer escape

I am always keen to write comments so people following can be aware of the pros and cons of the accommodation. Well in this case it was excellent. the place was cleaned very well. Everything in the place was as described in words or photos. The view was AMAZING. The appliances were all modern and worked properly and were easy to operate. all the linen was supplied as well as surplus beach towels. There was a table tennis table, boogie boards and various games (although we did not use any of these.) PLENTY of deck space to enjoy the view, the stars, read a book, sleep or whatever. Such a pleasure to stay at a place that had a well maintained deck(s). PLENTY of space to put things in the cupboards. Host (Leah) was brilliant - answered everything we needed to know promptly. Wifi was exceptional. We were advised that there was parking in the garage for 1 vehicle, with space for another outside. Been told this before at places only to be disappointed when we found out the garage was locked. Not here - we got both of our small cars comfortably into the garage. And had space for another outside. So pleased. There will always be some minor problems at places, but in this case it would be too petty to mention any.

House with a view

Amazing view over north Mollymook beach. We all had a fantastic time strolling back and forward to the beach, then sitting back on the balcony and enjoying the location.

Great stay

The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is stunning, seems newly renovated, amazing view, rooms/kitchen/bathrooms all well appointed with great attention to detail. Leah was great with timely communication. Perfect location for the beach and close to Mollymook town, Milton, etc. Highly recommend.

Amazing view, whatever the weather

The outlook from this house is just beautiful. It’s impossible not to relax, even with the rain lashing down. Really wonderful. As other reviewers have noted, we found downstairs (the location of all bedrooms) a bit chilly - only one portable heater to be shared. And I would have appreciated bedside lights in the master bedroom. But everything else was lovely and generous. Plenty of blankets and towels, books and boogie boards for the kids. I was sad to leave; it’s a place that feels like home.
