Sleeping up to six guests, the primary bedroom has a queen and private bath, and the 2nd Bedroom has one-twin over double bunk bed w/twin pull out. TV uses ROKU.
The Atlantis building offer elevators for easy access, an oceanfront outdoor pool, and an outside shower to rinse off after a great day at the beach. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. Some beach equipment is provided for your convenience in the hallway closet. There are a number of nearby shops and restaurants, including those at the Gold Coast Mall. Note a discount is available from OC Fit Gym at 118th street next to the Food Lion offering the following to guest's of the Atlantis: daily rates are $10 (30% Discount), weekly $60 (20% Discount). Guests must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Please be advised there is a $60 cash non refundable parking registration fee due at building. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Families only. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping property. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
