The expansive estate has ample space and amenities, making it a relaxed and effortless stay for families and groups. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, two living rooms, a study room, an open plan kitchen(with Lavassa Coffee pod machine), and a formal dining room.

Things to note.
- Price is based on 8 guests in total. The property can accommodate up to 10 guests subject to an additional charge per person per night to use the sofa beds and linen. Please select the correct number of guests when booking.
- One pet is allowed subject to our pet policy.

- Tiverton is for the enjoyment of paying guests and does not allow parties, pre-wedding occasions, weddings, functions, schoolies, or gatherings of any kind.

- Our caretaker lives in a neighbouring property for any issues that may arise.

A pre authorised amount of $500 will be held on your assigned credit card for any damages or excess cleaning/rubbish removal. Please ensure funds are available as access information will not be provided until funds are held. Funds will be secured 2 days prior to arrival and released within 7 days.

- No smoking inside the house. Ashtrays are provided on the verandas.

- Security cameras onsite at outside entry points.

- Children must be always supervised by an adult.
- Single level house with a few steps from car parking to the veranda. Walker is available upon request.

Note - Full reservation payment is due seven days prior to check in. For Christmas & Easter periods full payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.
