Set right in nature, the property extends over 2 levels and is built into the hillside, you enter to the top level and where you are met with a massive open plan Kitchen that flows seamlessly to the Dining room with a huge Tasmanian Blackwood table and Leather chairs that can seat 10+ guests. Continuing on we have an open plan lounge with Huge Corner Leather Lounge Suite with Recliners and an 85 Inch TV. Adjacent to the Open plan living area is a 14 Metre, wrap around Balcony with sweeping north facing views over the Heated Swimming pool and Bush/Forest

On the same floor we have 4 bedrooms, All with Queen size Beds and 1 room with a Bunk Bed (Double and Single bed), All have bed side Tables and built in Wardrobes - The Master Bedroom Boasts a full En-suite Bathroom with Rain Shower.
There is also a 2nd Bathroom with seperate Toilet, bath, separate shower and Vanity - all on the same level for general guest Access


Downstairs, there is a full home gym with leg press, Full sized Ping Pong Table, 2nd TV with Playstation and Games. plenty to keep the kids and kids at heart entertained!Adjacent, there is also an additional Full bathroom with overhead rain shower, 2 more guest bedrooms, both with Queen Size Beds and Built in Wardrobes. There is also a a huge internal Laundry with 4 Dryers and 2 Washing Machines. There is also direct access to the large Fenced and gated Swimming Pool. We also have 2 outdoor Tables and Chairs of 2 different levels in the backyard and a Hammock to relax in the front yard. We also have a fireplace and 3 Air Conditioning units/Heat Pumps to set the temperature just as you like.

You are nestled right in the forest on a quarter acre of land surround by the Native Australian bush.

Coles Supermarket is just a 4 Minute drive away, as is the major town of Springwood with a train station and direct service to downtown Sydney CBD only an 80 min journey away or a 1 hour drive. Also in Springwood are a seemingly endless list of cafes, pubs and restaurant.

A mountain biking Hub, Springwood is home to some of the best mountain biking trails in NSW including the famous Oaks Firetrail. There are also multiple hikes, waterfalls, swimming holes and incredible vistas just moments away in the world famous blue mountain heritage area. this is truly a getaway for everyone, catering for adrenaline junkies and those that just want to relax and get away from it all.

Springwood is the Blue Mountains first and original Settlement and the largest by population today. Springwood's 370 Metre Elevation above sea level ensures a temperate climate all year around, it usually sits about 4 degrees less than Sydney on average so it's a great choice to escape the summer heat and also snuggle up next to the fire on those colder nights.
