Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

This was my 3rd stay here and it did not disappoint. The maintenance team was very responsive to every need that arose. It was a nice getaway with family!

2025 Beach Getaway

We had the best time at Marsh View. Our two boys loved the balcony and the kids pool. Location was perfect from a short walk to the beach or dinning and a short drive to everything else. Thanks for helping make memories for my boys, wife and I. We’ll definitely be back!

A relaxing stay.

The property was very comfortable for our three senior adult couples. Enjoyed the ocean view and especially sitting on balcony and watching the high and low tides come and go(we are landlubbers from east Texas!!). Will definately stay at property agaon.

Great Place to Stay!

The condo was so homey! It was furnished nicely and comfortable. I loved the view of the Marsh. We could even still see the ocean from our balcony. The area was quiet and walkable to Barefoot Landing where there are a ton of cute shops and some places to eat. We loved the area

Wedding getaway

We were invited to a wedding at 21 main, which was basically across the street. This was a beautiful condo with ocean views and very close to the venue. We were able to walk to the beach Sunday for a nice day on the beach after all wedding festivities were over. We would definitely stay again.

10/10 stay! A Fantastic Experience!

Ocean Marsh was a fantastic stay! We cannot wait to book again! The unit was clean upon arrival, stocked with everything we needed. More than enough space for my family of 8, which spanned ages 6-32. Everyone was comfortable within the unit, the pool & amenities were wonderful & everything was clean in and around the unit. Maintenance was prompt to respond when we had any questions along the way. The location of this unit is truly perfect. Everything we needed was just a hop, skip & a jump away. Grocery was just a 6 min drive. Attractions & beach was just a short 5-10 min walk away. (Extra points for not being in a heavy traffic area also.)

Cleaner than most

The unit was orderly and clean. The neighborhood/complex was very quiet and inviting. Most of the people we meet where very friendly and approachable. And the condo was located near the attractions we visited. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Condo is really nice

The condo was clean. It's a short walk to the beach. It has most amenities. There is no clock in any of the living areas which was frustrating at times. A clock should be added to the living room. Lots of places to eat and activities nearby. We really enjoyed out stay.

Wonderful! We have always stayed oceanfront but this location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and view of the ocean. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing at the marsh and watching the tides come in and out so I think this may be our new favorite place! We enjoyed talking to a couple at the condo that were regulars and were actually from our hometown area. We will definitely be returning!

Great location

Location was excellent. Easy access to route 17, food, attractions, etc. Very quiet, even at biker week. Funiture was adequate, but does need updating. Huge dining table, great for playing cards, games. Internet had to be rebooted several times, but easy to do and only a minor inconvenience. Maintenance response was excellent and quick (info on internet and a dryer issue). Would stay here again.

Birthday/ Mother’s Day Getaway

The property was very nice. The property management was rude and unhelpful. They were not accommodating to questions and gave sarcastic answers and said things to make you feel as though you are stupid for not understanding. I would never stay there again. And that’s only because of management and not the property.

Despite providing comprehensive documentation/correspondence, the guest neglected to review it and instead engaged in unwarranted hostility towards our office employee. It was a beautiful place, plenty of room, nice kitchen, nice furniture and comfy. Was also very clean. The patio area was nice and could see the ocean. It was great to have a king bed in the master as well a big bathroom and double sinks and walk in closet. There was also plenty of towels, dishes, cups, etc, in addition was nice not to have to worry about bringing linens. All in all it had all you needed for a nice stay including a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and dinning out. The price was also the best I found for the amenities, location, and space. For what is worth I will list a few things that would could be considered to look into.____- cooking pans could be upgraded__- there was a coffee pot but we brought pods which I believe most people do now a days so a larger kuregg should be considered__- hot water seemed to run out just after a couple showers__- most likely just the time of the year (Easter break) the hot tub was a bit dirty, hadn't be skimmed in while you can tell.__- would have been very cool to have a golf cart to take down to the beach or ride over the barefoot____Would stay again for sure.

Omg never here again

The pool wasn't open, the shower curtain was nasty, the toilets were very nasty, the ceiling fan out on the balcony was rusty, the chair in the living room was worn out. I went out the 1st night and purchased a whole sheet set to go on the bed I slept in.. I've rented through vrbo before and this was by far the Worst one ever.
