La Boheme is a newly renovated beach house perfectly positioned for those wanting to explore the highlights of the Mornington Peninsula.

The house is situated in a quiet, leafy street only minutes from the Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses, coastal walks, front and back beaches, and a short drive to the wine region.

If you're a group of more than four people you can also book 'La Cabine Tootgarook,' which is the adjacent studio and sleeps an additional two people.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
La Boheme has been furnished to provide you with everything you need for a memorable stay. The open plan kitchen, dining, lounge, and outdoor entertainment areas are perfect for friends and family. The house is ideal for cooking, doing yoga, watching a movie, sun baking, or alfresco dining. Surrounded by trees and local nature, there is a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Close enough to the hustle and bustle, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.

- Bedroom one features a comfy queen size bed
- Bedroom two features a king bed in its standard configuration (can be split into 2 single beds on request)
- Fresh linen: 500 thread count Australian grown cotton sheets and towels
- Ceiling fans in both bedrooms

- Bathroom is well appointed with shower, bathtub, LED mirror, hair dryer, and hair straightener
- Luxury amenities: organic, Australian made, palm oil free and plant based body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

CLEANING & LINEN:
Our house manager prepares the house specifically for each individual stay with fresh towels for each guest, fresh sheets on every bed and prides herself on ensuring the highest level of cleanliness prior to your arrival. Please specify how many people will be staying when booking.
