Ce confortable appartement de deux chambres North Eastham chalet a été entièrement rénové en 2011 et se trouve à seulement 2 miles de Cooks Brook Beach et à 3 miles de deux First Encounter Beach, Coast Guard Beach. Comme vous entrez dans cette maison, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement rénovée équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant les vacances. Dans le salon, vous trouverez un téléviseur à écran plat, canapé et des portes françaises menant à la terrasse. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et la salle de séjour et les chambres disposent de la climatisation pour les chaudes journées d'été. Dans la chambre principale, vous trouverez un lit Queen Size et dans la deuxième chambre est un jumeau sur un lit superposé complet. Cette maison propose des équipements tels qu'un pont surdimensionné avec un gril à gaz, fers à cheval et grande cour pour votre plaisir.

Nice cottage

This is a comfortable cottage in a quiet neighborhood with a very private yard. It has easy access just off Route 6. We cooked all of our meals and pack lunches for the beach on our vacation, so we appreciated the complete kitchen and very nice gas grill.

The property was immaculate. Just as advertised.

This was the perfect place to stay on the cape. Provided a Great base for exploring, and incredibly comfortable. Spotless inside and out. Easy to get to, yet incredibly quiet and secluded. Close to great ocean and town beaches. I hope to bring the family back sometime soon. If this place is available, grab it. It's great.

Beautiful home

We loved this house! This did not seem like a rental property. The decor was beautiful and everything was well-maintained. We appreciated the window units, and the beach chairs and boogie board that were provided. The clothes line was helpful for hanging up bathing suits. We also loved the outdoor shower. Communication with the owners was very prompt also. We look forward to renting the cottage again in the future.

Cozy adorable beach cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable North Eastham cottage! Very cute beachy design inside, large deck and yard with BBQ outside. Just like the pictures. Great location, very close to the beaches and restaurants in Eastham and Wellfleet. Two things to note: the bedrooms are a bit small so the cottage probably works best for 2 adults and 2 children rather than 4 adults; and there is no washer/dryer so plan accordingly when packing. But the affordable price makes up for all that. Cute beach cottage near the beaches!

Comfortable and centrally located.

This is our second stay at this location. Its a comfortable cottage, with a great living space for relaxing after a day at the beach. Has all the basics you could need during a week stay. Love that there are the basics, such as salt/oil/plastic wrap- so that I don't have to buy everything you might only use a bit of. The owners are very responsive and helpful. I attend a yearly training each year and plan to stay here again.

Comfortable, fully equipped and centrally located.

The lay out of the home and its furnishings were comfortable. This home had everything we could need- especially in the kitchen. I've rented homes where we even had to buy the toilet paper, it was nice to arrive and know I didn't have to buy some of the basics. The area is off the main road so it is quiet. It's also nice that air conditioners are an option if the day/night isn't cool enough. We loved our stay and hope to rent here again next year.

Great property!

My husband and I spent a week here and had a great time! We loved grilling on the porch and playing horseshoes. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen has everything you could need in a home away from home. The outdoor shower was great as well!

A hidden gem

This cottage offers classic a Cape Cod feeling with all the modern amenities you would want in a home. Its proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and both bay and national seashore beaches makes it an ideal home base just off Rte 6 for your time in Eastham. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Plovers Place in the future! Thank you Eric and Christin for sharing your hidden gem with us!

Great base for a casual fun week on the Cape

This cottage is well located amid beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, and many other activities, with fairly easy access to the Cape Cod rail trail (for biking and walking.) It is newly renovated, and quite light and airy with the skylights in the kitchen and multiple windows in the living area. Overall it is clean and suitably decorated. The bed in the first bedroom is reasonably comfortable. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. Air conditioning is rarely needed on Cape Cod, but for those days that are either unusually hot or humid, it is invaluable. There are two air conditioners in the cottage which are quiet, and work very quickly and efficiently to make the place quite comfortable. The back yard is quiet, private, and pleasant. There is a large table and several chairs on the deck, which makes for delightful evenings eating or sitting outside. There is a large gas grill, which was clean and easy to use. The outside lights are on a timer and come on at night, which is very convenient. The front door has a keypad entry which is programmable to your own personal code, which is much more convenient than having to keep track of keys. The outdoor shower is made of white vinyl, and is quite clean and pleasant. At just the right time of day, you can see a double rainbow in the shower spray. If you like to dress for going out to dinner you should be aware that there is no closet space whatsoever and no coat hangers. The only closet, which is in the main bedroom, has shelves in it, and also contains the cleaning items and a lobster pot, so isn’t suitable for hanging clothes. This bedroom has one small cabinet, and there is no dresser space at all. The two dressers in the living room have drawers which are either locked or full of supplies. I lived entirely out of my suitcases for the week I was here. The second bedroom, with the two trundle beds, has no closet. It has 5 hooks on the wall and a dresser. It would work well for some guests, but be aware that the way the trundle beds are arranged, the person in the bed next to the wall would need to climb over the person in the second bed in order to leave the room. Neither bedroom has any night tables nor lamps, so if you read in bed the overhead light is the only option, and you must then get out of bed to turn off the wall switch prior to sleeping. The cost of renting this pleasant cottage is reasonable for the value.

Perfect vacation spot

We absolutely loved our stay at Plover's Place! The house is immaculate and has been really nicely renovated -- it feels new and modern, but still like a cottage. Very inviting and comfortable. The house is cozy but comfortably fit our group of four adults and one toddler. It was an unexpectedly great spot for our two-year-old, with a sandbox and play structure in the large back yard, plus a handy selection of beach toys and kid-appropriate kitchenware. The location is on a dead end road, so very quiet at night. There's nothing to see in Eastham, but it does have essential amenities, and it's a short drive to Wellfleet and gorgeous Coast Guard Beach. We tried Local Break for dinner (just down the road on the 6) and were pleasantly surprised -- a good spot. Provincetown is also doable for a day trip or night out, and has tons of good restaurant and options. Christin and Eric were very helpful and organized, and gave us detailed information ahead of our arrival. The only inconvenience was that you have to provide your own linens (we travelled from Canada by plane, so had to stop and buy towels and sheets en route) but this seems to be standard for the Cape. Make sure to bring dish towels and hand towels too. Overall, I would definitely recommend the house, and hope to go back myself another time. Thank you Eric and Christin!

Love Plovers place

The house is cozy an clean as shown in the pictures. a good backyard (kid play area is a bonus!), well equipped kitchen and central to all places - Dennis, Chatham, Orleans and Province Town. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

My girlfriends and I loved your house.It was clean and was stocked with everything we needed except closet space, but we managed.It was centrally located. We had a geat dinner at the Shake Shack in Wellfleet.We would recommend this property to anyone.

Very nice home!

Wow, nice cute home, well decorated, loved the exterior shower, the luminosity inside. Small but very comfy for a litlle family or couple. Nice breeezes, air smels good, a little windy, birds all aroud, nice location closed to beaches and bike trail. Would recommend it ! Nothing much from the exterior but when you get in, you never want to leave the area. ;-)

I can't say enough about this quintessential Cape Cod cottage! Clean, well equipped kitchen and central to all beaches. The cottage is on a dead end street in a nice ,quiet safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Joli petit cottage bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce charmant cottage dont la présentation correspond bien à la réalité. Joliment décoré sur le thème nautique, lumineux, cuisine bien équipée (bons électros, batterie de cuisine de qualité, fonds de cuisine généreux et pratique.) Nous étions juste un couple, nous n'avons donc pas manqué d'espace. Cependant, les familles avec enfants doivent savoir qu'il y a très peu d'espace de rangement et pas de laveuse-sécheuse. (Je sais ce que c'est que de partir avec deux ou trois enfants de 9-12 ans!) Par contre, il y a une grande terrasse avec barbecue et une grande cour privée et intime, idéale pour les soirées d'été. De plus, la situation du cottage est parfaite pour ceux qui veulent explorer le Cap, à mi-chemin entre Provincetown et Falmouth. Les plages sont très proches. Nous y sommes allés pour faire du vélo et souvent nous sommes partis directement du cottage, la piste passant à moins d'un km. Tous les contacts se sont faits par courriel. Transaction rapide et efficace. Nous n'avons rencontré personne (il n'y a pas de clé, mais une serrure à code.) Une fois que tout est réglé, vous recevez un code pour entrer et des numéros de tél. pour signaler un éventuel problème. Nous n'en avons rencontré aucun; dans le cas contraire, j'ai le sentiment que nous aurions été dépannés immédiatement. Bref, un peu impersonnel, mais efficace.

Great little summer cottage!

We very much enjoyed staying in Plover's Place for our girl's beach vacation. The location was very central being close to the National Seashore, Wellfleet and only 30 minutes from either Provincetown or Chatham. The house is clean, comfortable, quiet and has a newer feel to it. We would definitely go back again!
