Perfect condo

The view of the snow capped mountains from the patio sliders was spectacular. Add a wood burning fireplace, 5 minutes from Purgatory and quiet and what more could you want

Work Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a few weeks in the area for a work project. Property managers were great and extending my stay was a breeze. Was a little bummed the screen door was full of large rips — couldn’t let fresh air in without a bunch of bugs also flying in. Other than that, great unit. Everything you need in a rental and access to the pool/hot tub/gym is a plus.

Great hiking location

Entrance is similar to a hotel with hallways and some stairs. The unit has a small fridge and freezer for a ice tray. Great location on the Million Dollar Highway.

My awesomely beautiful Cascade Village trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My road trip journey from Minnesota was during spring break, and awesomely beautiful! Entering the mountains, I drove west on Hwy. 50 to Hwy. 550. I had great weather, and was able to enjoy the awesome mountain vistas along my way to Cascade Village. I was surprised to find Cascade Village’s amenities and my unit to be true as their advertising photos. They have a very friendly staff offering good service. I enjoyed Cascade Village’s outstandingly location, in every direction the views are spectacular, and the property offers so many amenities that I was not able to enjoy using them all. There was plenty of parking. My efficiency unit was model perfect with a cozy fireplace, clean, and all the features that I needed for a Monday to Friday stay. I look forward to returning to Cascade Village again, hopefully soon, and recommend others to stay at this property.

SW Colorado exploration

Location was great, as was the view, because we wanted to be explore several areas. Traffic noise from the highway is unavoidable. The property was well equipped with towels, kitchen appliances and utensils. Appreciated lots of soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hangers and storage space. Lighting was ample, as was parking. The kitchen needs more spoons and some kitchen towels. Laundry facility was great but price needs to be updated from $1.25 to $2.00 (had to drive a ways to find quarters). Only downside to this property is the mattress; itneeds to be replaced. Great trip. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good stay. Some suggestions would be to have outdoor chairs for guests if possible to enjoy the balcony. The screen to the balcony has some gaps that need repair (to not let bugs in). Otherwise great unit with great Mountain views.

4-day stay for a Wedding in June

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a Condo this place was great. Although since it is a Condo, you have to make sure you prepare for no breakfast, drinks, or ice. Hallways smelled of cannabis from long-term renters. There are smoking rooms, and it is Colorado, so there's not much you can do about that.This Place would be a 10/10 if it was dedicated to being a wedding venue with more amenities, that's what I was there for so situationally the stay did not fit my needs perfectly.The drive to Durango is close to 30 minutes, but the view at the condos is great.

Nice Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although this condo could use an update, we had a very nice time. We didn't like seeing a active mouse trap where the mice had spread some of the poison but other than that a good stay. Please provide a warmer set of blankets for the fall and make sure they are clean. We saw some stains on our comforter and blanket.

Fine way to beat the heat

We traveled from southern New Mexico, in part to escape the heat. This part of the southwest features mountains, green trees, and breathtaking scenery. The condo plunks you right into the middle with gorgeous views. The unit was immaculate and very well supplied. If you're planning your trip, don't bother to bring any kitchen items or many other household needs. Just come and enjoy yourself.

Wonderful place.

A very well kept property. It is a quiet pace high in the San Juans. My room had a great view of the mountains. Some full time residents were near me. They were very friendly and helpful. The price was lower than inferior competitors. Many amenities that you don't get in motels. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
