The Space:
Three-bedroom ranch with two bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, and private Association beach access on Gardiners Bay. Directly borders Lavender by the Bay with seasonal bloom views. Short drive to Greenport Village and North Fork wineries.
The living room has vaulted wood-plank ceilings, a brick wood-burning fireplace, and large windows on three sides. The open layout connects to the dining area and kitchen.
The eat-in kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and seating at the dining table for six. A stackable washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. Sliding glass doors open to the rear deck.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, skylights, and direct access to a full bathroom with stone tile, tub/shower combination, and pebble-stone accents. The second bedroom has a queen bed, wood-paneled walls, and hardwood floors. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a separate twin bed. A second full bathroom has dual vanities, beadboard wainscoting, and a walk-in shower.
Outside, the covered front porch has seating for five. The rear deck has a dining table with umbrella seating. The yard includes a gas grill, fire pit with Adirondack seating, and hammocks. An enclosed outdoor shower is accessible from the side of the house. The backyard borders Lavender by the Bay, with open field views during bloom season.
Guests have access to the private Gardiners Bay Estates Association beach, a short walk from the property. Central AC. Approximately 1,200 sq ft. Single level with no interior stairs.
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
