This was our second time at this property. Once again we enjoyed our stay. We love that you can walk into town. It was close to farm for Fall festivities. Communication with owner was excellent.

Spent a nice weekend in Greenport - lots to explore. Rented bikes and took them on ferry to Shelter island - highlight of our time.

Greenport family and friends

We used to live on Long Island and we really enjoyed being back as “tourists.” This was a very comfortable place to stay and was exactly as described. Greenport is a lovely town with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The kids loved the carousel and the beaches. We enjoyed picking berries and seeing friends.

Excellent July 4 Weekend Getaway

Been vacationing in Greenport for over 10years with the family. We love the area. This is one of the best places we have stayed at so far. Clean, nice space and inside is updated. Small cozy backyard to sit outside and nice front porch. We will be going back. Highly recommended.

Convenient Location and Lovely Home

We stayed at the house for a long weekend to attend our nephew’s wedding. The house was nicely updated, comfortable, and really convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and we had a nice place to relax in between events. The owners were responsive to our questions and needs, and it was a really nice place to stay!

Fall weekend

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for my family during the long weekend. We were 4 adults and two babies. The rental was very clean and exactly as pictured. We loved that it was walking distance into town and to some parks. It was close to farms for fall fun and we went on the little local train ride. I would definitely not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

Girls weekend!

We loved this home and highly recommend it if you are heading to Greenport or to the surrounding areas!! It was the perfect place for our girls winery weekend-very clean, newly updated & adorably decorated—the house is exactly as the pictures show! We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our group. We walked to town for everything and the space was clean, spacious and inviting. Wonderful few days away.

The property was in a good area. The property had a good flow to it. We felt comfortable. My only complaint would be to had a space sponge available. The one on the sink was falling apart.

Amazing place and location!

This was an excellent place to stay in Greenport! The property is just like in the photos and very clean and new. The location is perfect and walkable into the main downtown area. There’s a cute little backyard to sit in. We loved it. Thank you!

Spacious, clean, great location

The apartment was clean, spacious and well decorated. It made for a restful trip. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were within walking distance to everything we needed.

Premier appointments, perfect location. Exceeded expectations. Comfortable mattresses and furniture, great kitchen. Short walk to restaurants. Recommend the D’Latte bakery and Olive Branch for mediterranean cuisine. Enjoy!

This historic house is completely renovated inside. We easy and comfortably fit 2 adults and 4 children. The beds and bedding were fresh and cosy. z the house was clean. A quick walk to all Greenport has to offer.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

What a wonderful experience! The house was beautifully updated and clean, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown Greenport and Kontakosta. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
