The property was perfect. We loved it. We went at the end of Sept and used the heated pool. The young adults loved it. The yard had great gathering areas and the music, speaker system was such a nice plus. Was equipped with everything you needed. All pots and kitchen ware were spotless. We loved the bikes also to take a ride. The hosts were very helpful and quick to help us with any questions or concerns.The workout room would have been complete if it had some cardio equipment, but it was nice just to have some workout stuff. Mother's Day

The house was lovely. Plenty of room for both of us, our two sons, and their families. Lots of space for together times, and lots of opportunity for privacy as well. Nice heated pool. I want a bathroom like that one.

Fabulous house

We enjoyed every moment at this beautiful house. First weekend in Dec so perfect time for Shellebration in the town of Greenport. Lots of fun had by all. Owners are easy to contact and willing to help if needed. Will definitely come back in the future.

Amazing home in a beautiful location

We loved this place and it is even more spacious than described. We also love the area and have stayed in a nearby hotel several times but this time came with friends and had 3 toddlers with us The house was spotless and furnished gorgeously. The host was super nice and responsive and prefers to communicate outside of the app, which was just a little hard for me to keep track of.

Wonderful stay!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! We had a party of 8 stay at the house and none of us had ever been to the area. We asked Lauren some questions leading up to the stay and she was extremely communicative and helpful. The house was exactly as picture- spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you might need. Location is great. A couple of us went for a run around the area and ran past the private beach. The house was also really close to downtown greenport and the winery we had booked. Wish we could have gone in the summer to utilize the backyard- maybe next time!

Highlight is the pool patio area

The house is in good condition with spacious common areas and a great backyard and pool/patio area… though it shows some signs of wear from steady rentals. Good WiFi and Firestick TVs in every room, and a great sound system with pro speakers throughout. The owner was very responsive to our requests and kindly provided Beach access passes for our cars. The most obvious downside is the built out basement with two bedrooms and bath that have no air.conditioning. That wasn’t obvious to us in the online description. The entire level has a so-called anti-humidity system but temps hovered at around 76* in the heat of July. Our family did however enjoy our stay very much.

An idyllic week in a beautiful home!

Our stay in Lauren's lovely Greenport house was just perfect. I was looking for a good place for my daughter to recover from knee surgery, and that would work as a special mother/daughter/grandmother birthday week for my 96 year old mother. We chose the right house! From the moment I first queried Lauren about the bedroom/bathroom layout till our checkout, she was an unbelievable host, talking me through the house before I booked, super responsive to every question, delivering supplies that we were unable to find - she could not have been kinder. And the house is absolutely gorgeous!! The entire home is thoughtfilly decorated, with a very functional layout. It's clear every room has been given a lot of attention both for beauty and use, it is so comfortable cozy, and spacious. The electric fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom are nice to have for extra warmth and easy to use. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, spices,everything you need, and the bathrooms were super well stocked as well. The same for the bedrooms - plenty of storage space, very pretty and quite comfortable beds. And everything was so fresh and spotlessly clean! The surround sound speaker system was fun and easy to use. The setting of the house is lovely, very inviting looking yard, pool, and deck. We went to Greenport several times, it is quite close to the house, and is a charming town with great bakeries, restaurants, and shops. Thank you for a fabulous week!!!

EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT IN A VACATION HOUSE

Our Group - We are a family from Westchester County and travelled to the house the week of July 31st. The group was my wife, our two sons, 26 and 23, and our older son's girlfriend. Communication - I spoke with the owner when I booked the house in February, and then texted with her the week before we were scheduled to arrive. She sent instructions for getting into the house and some of the house rules. She was available by text the entire time we were there and was quick to respond to every question we had throughout the week. She couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. Excellent communications. Location - The house is located in East Marion, just two miles from downtown Greenport. Greenport is full of shops, restaurants, bars, and markets. Having rented houses in the Hamptons for many years, the North Fork was a breath of fresh air with its authenticity as a seaport town without any of the Hamptons pretentiousness. Golf is literally a quarter of a mile away, as is the nearest farmers market, the nearest vineyard about a mile, and we biked to Orient Point in about a half hour. The house is located in a community with a small rocky beach facing Shelter Island, but there is a beautiful State Park beach in Orient just a 10 minute drive away. House - The house is beautiful, modern and well equipped. Every room had a television, strong wi-fi, and Sonos throughout. Everything was immaculate without any sign that someone had checked out just hours earlier. There are no owner personal items in the house, and you feel as if the house belongs to you. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms completely updated with lots of towels and bath products. The kitchen had all high-end modern appliances, and coffee makers (Nespresso and Keurig), with lots of pots, pans, plates, glasses, mugs, coffee pods, etc. Everything you could need for your family and friends. Outside - The grounds are immaculately maintained. The gardens and lawn are beautiful, and you feel like you're in a resort. The deck is large, has a large table with umbrella, and a couch seating. area. Gas BBQ worked great and got nice and hot. We spent hours in and around the beautiful large sunny heated pool and on the couches under the the large tented pagoda (easily seats 12 people) listening to music on the outdoor Sonos speakers. It could not have been more perfect with our 6 days of beautiful weather. This was one of the best houses we've ever rented, and I would highly recommend.

The property was excellent! There was plenty of room for our large family. The outdoor space was terrific. We really enjoyed the pool and the deck. Lauren was a fabulous host, very responsive and helpful. We loved our time in East Marion and we would definitely stay there again!

A lovely property

This property is wonderful! Everything was so clean and very nicely decorated. It's well equipped with everything needed for a stay. There was lots of room so multiple families have their own space. Lauren was an excellent host, super communicative and gave some wonderful recommendations. We especially loved the pool. The chaise lounges and gazebo made hanging out there very comfortable. We can't to come back for another stay!

Everything was perfect

This house is absolutely beautiful! Even better than the listing photos. It’s spacious, extremely clean, and close to everything in the town of Greenport. The host was so helpful in answering all my questions, giving recommendations and just making our entire stay stress free. Highly recommend this it is a hidden gem! I hope to be back!

Lovely Spot

The host is a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and thoughtful. The property is lovely and set up well. There is a bay you can walk to. Our group really enjoyed the bikes and the nearby lavender farm. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Celebrated my birthday in this wonderful home - room for everyone and great kitchen and nice bedrooms. Property manager was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to spend some time on the north fork of Long Island.

Beautiful home in a great location

The house was beautiful and very well located (5 minute drive to downtown greenport). There was a lot of space for us all (5 friends over 40) we each had our own bedroom plus room to lounge and catch up over meals or a glass of wine or to play games. There were also many nice touches that really made it an above and beyond positive experience. Lauren was responsive and easy to communicate with. We all left wanting to make plans to come back!

Perfect stay for our family!

We spent a long weekend at the property to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom. The house was a great setup for our group, including a range of adults and children, and gave us plenty of space to spend great time together and have room to relax. Lauren was beyond accessible and gave us great tips for the area and clear instructions for everything in the house. We had such a lovely time together and this was the perfect place for our group!
