Good location, you can see the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge from the apartment. Good dining choices nearby and the main CBD is approx 15-20 min walk. Barangaroo Station is approx 8 mins walk. Great open park with massive green space is located just behind the accommodation. Very basic furniture and facilities with original kitchen and bathroom but itâs all functional and fine if youâre not fuss about those things. Quite a few mosquitoes located near the front door and inside the apartment which were annoying as we were bitten a few times. Overall good apartment for a family or a group of 5.
This property was clean and comfortable for our group of three. It is a short walk to the rocks and circular quay and Many shops and restaurants. There were several coffee places within a short walk of the property for those like us that enjoy a latte or expresso. It was also slightly away from the crowds so very quiet at night.
Enjoyed the cottage atmosphere with easy, access to the Rocks and transit hubs. Saw Vivid lights in lawn behind the house and a few minutes walk to the lights around the Rocks. Took the tram to Wynyard to see a concert at City Recital hall.
Really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised, was clean, communication was excellent . Location was perfect for Circular Quay and the Metro was 5 minute walk ( without luggage) a bit longer if you didnât want to talk the stairs.
The place is nicer than the photos make out. Well maintained for its age, lots of space, great location, clean. Easy to find and access.TV is small and not smart, so if you want to stream anything bring a dongle.
Such a fantastic place, great area to see and experience Sydney! So close to the sites that must be seen and so easy to navigate around. The condo itself was very nice, lots of room easily for the 5 of us. Within walking distance to the Oldest existing pub, The Duke of Wellington, was also pretty good too! Definitely we would stay here again.
The location is amazing! Loved that there was a lock box for the key as we would leave the key there when we were out so we didnât have to keep track of it. We have some recommendations/things to make folks aware of and while they seem negative, we would stay here again!
1. We were here in winter so it was cold and we did not know how to make it warmer and there were not extra blankets.
2. The experience could be improved with recommendations for things to do, restaurants, etc in the area.
3. The owner would respond promptly, but was not proactive with additional information - it was on us to reach out for anything.
4. There is bug spray in the rooms, which was concerning but understandable as there are gaps to the outside in doors and windows.
5. The front door would be better with a properly used door sweep and the windows did not close all the way.
6. A shelf/counter space in the bathroom would be helpful.
7. The stove igniter did not work and there were no instructions so we had to use a lighter manually.
Again, we would stay here again but would have wanted to know these things going into it. Suggestions we have in the area:
-Brix and Bean Coffee
-Rocks Market (on weekends)
-Palisades-bar, food, upstairs view
-convenient walk to Rocks, CBD, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour
Cute and cozy little flat. Great location and met all our needs. No parking. So donât recommend bringing a car into the city. But overall really enjoyed our stay. Tracey was quick to respond with our questions and very helpful.
the flat is in a wonderful historic house in an ideal location to explore Sydney. Very close to the Rocks, circular Quay and the Opera House. The flat is roomy, clean and quiet.
it would only be hard if you have mobility problems as you have to go up 16 steps to reach the flat. But great view of the harbour bridge from the balcony!
We landed in Sydney during a heat wave so the place was less than enjoyable for us old folks because the AC couldnât keep up. Had the weather been better, we would have enjoyed it much more!
