Great stay

This property was perfect for us. We stayed for a week to hike and relax. Great restaurants nearby also. We used the fitness center as well as the hot tub. Easy express check in and check out. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Location was perfect for our vacation plans. I would give the cleanliness a 4.8/5.0 only because the kitchen floor could have been mopped a little better. Otherwise it was clean and fit all of our needs. Safe area, close to Westworld, walking trails within walking distance.

McDowell Mt getaway

Great spot for accessing hiking in the McDowell Mts. A grocery store and a couple of good restaurants are very close by. We actually walked to the Scottsdale Rodeo too. The place was very nice and the directions to get there were very clear.

Great Location!!

I was very impressed with the property, dog friendly. Very Clean complex. Apartment was furnished and very clean. Offered me cleaning service which came with the apartment. Would defiantly stay here again.

Easy check in. Clean one bedroom space. Nice location and close to restaurants and hiking trails. Short drive to Scottsdale Giants spring training. Nice pool and fitness center. Comfortable bed.

Clean homey place at a very great location and close to everything

My stay was nice the only thing I would recommend is that you tell people in your listing that you don’t want the air conditioning set under 74 degrees … a lot of people may find that too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Otherwise everything else was great.

Perfect spot!!!

We loved the condo-it was incredibly clean and nicely decorated. Loved the location at Kota-very dog friendly. People there are nice and it was beautiful surroundings. Nicely accessible to so many areas. We had a long term stay and loved it! It was a nice perk that it was cleaned once a week too. We appreciated that. If we could stay with Meridian again, we definitely will!! It was an excellent experience. Oh! Express check in and check out are also seamless and great!

Excellent stay at the unit, however there is no way to see the building numbers or the carport numbers after dark. Also no signage indicating directions to the building numbers . Several of the residents I spoke with while trying to find our unit also said it was an ongoing problem had the same complaint. stated sais a

Nice but Noisy

This condo property was nice, however the neighbors in the condo above us were noisy and it was very annoying while we were in the condo. The structure must not be very sound proof, and it sounded like the people above us stomped with every footstep, and we could always hear chairs being moved out and in all the time. It was really annoying!

The only problem was checking in on 1/13 in the evening & it was dark. It was extremely difficult to see any the parking spot as well as building numbers. Took us 30 minutes to find location & had to use phone flashlight to see parking & building numbers. Condo was great though.
