Our One Bedroom / One Bath Listing have a Master Bedroom with the option to have 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. There is also a queen air bed with extra bedding if needed. The living room has a sofa and a recliner. The dining table seats 4 and the outdoor patio table seats 4.

Great place to stay

Great friendly condo community, mini dog park on complex, McDowell mountain rec center has heated pool in a nearby location. Great place to stay for a week. Condo had just about everything you needed for a week stay.

Short but sweet

Quick stay near McDowell Mountain Communication was good and check-in process went well. The property was clean and had the necessary items such as dishes. Instructions to use the entertainment center were well done also.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo. It’s spotless, well appointed and just perfect. What began as a 1 week booking has turned to 3. It is professionally managed and they do not miss a single detail. Thank you!

Great Scottsdale Condo

The location of this property was perfect for our purposes - not far from shopping, restaurants, casino, etc. We liked being on the first floor so we wouldn't have to trudge up the stairs with our luggage. The condo itself was a good layout, but was a little stuffy smelling each time we entered. It was adequately stocked and tastefully decorated. The only negatives we could give it would be that the carpets could use a cleaning, the coffee pot was a disaster, and the master bath toilet flusher needs to be replaced.

Horrible, filthy, noisy!!

The condo was dirty and in disrepair plus you could hear every movement from the condo above us till 11:00 pm !! Only one pool heated and it had a snake in it!! Everyone has a dog or two and they bark constantly. We stayed one month and they made us beg each time for more supplies which they could have just left a month worth!? Bugs bugs and more bugs went thru two Raid containers!!

Sally, we are so sorry to hear of your experience with us. We wish there was better communication with us during your long-term stay. Had we known you were so unhappy, we would have provided other options and helped you move. We gave you a crib for free, delivered supplies promptly same day as requested, and even coordinated for your tour to the new unit to ensure you liked it. As the majority of our condos are located in North Scottsdale, wildlife can be a common occurrence, but we are committed to taking care of anything as long as we are notified!

...but not upscale Lots of noise late at night. .. lots to be desired in decor but perfectly suitable. No complaints, just not a knock your socks off property

Apartment in North Scottsdale.

Listed as a condo the property gives you the impression this is someone’s cherished condo. Reality is it’s a corporate apartment rented by the day. Not clean or maintained. The carpet is dirty, the faucet handles are loose, the caulking around tub is cracking, dust all over the trim. The bathrooms could use a remodel and the place could really use a paint job. The sidewalks entering the property are dirty and and littered with garbage. The sidewalks could use a good pressure wash. The location was listed on the opposite side of the street. No where did I see I could of ended up in one the companies other properties.

Good WiFi bandwidth, large flatscreens in living room & both bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Good washer & dryer. Excellent gas grills in pool area.
