Upon reviewing your feedback, we've connected with the homeowner, who wanted to share the following: - We're diligent in maintaining the home's cleanliness and making sure that everything functions properly.- Before your arrival, we ensured a thorough cleaning of all carpets and furniture by Stanley Steamer. Additionally, a professional cleaning crew conducted a deep cleaning of the entire property.- Despite heavy rainfall just before your stay and our low-lying location, we took proactive measures by completely pumping out the septic system the morning before your arrival. However, we were surprised to receive a call less than a day later indicating it was full. We promptly arranged for another pump-out. It's important to note that the septic tank's level is well below the home, and when it reaches capacity it would empty into the yard, not the house. Throughout our ownership, we've never experienced a septic backup in the home.- Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the pool temperature. We'll keep this in mind.
