Pleasant stay

Everything was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe as well as convenient to anything you could possibly want/need. It was great to be able to sit by the pool and read a book.

The pool was the best thing except for the cool weather. Kitchen could use access to hot water. Bathroom in laundry room needed a shower door so the shower curtain didn't attack you. Needed to be a little more homey(lamps, pictures, rug under coffee table)

We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:- The home has a tankless water heater, which provides continuous hot water, and the kitchen’s hot water is accessed by turning the handle toward the red indicator.- The bathroom in the laundry area has a shower curtain by design, and we’ll keep your suggestion for a door in mind for future updates.- The home is furnished with ample lighting, décor, and a rug under the coffee table, though we understand preferences for style and atmosphere can vary.We appreciate your feedback as we continue to maintain and care for the property.

Nice quiet neighborhood

We stayed so we could get together with family for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Full kitchen allowed us to cook Thanksgiving dinner.Weather was cooler so we didn’t spend time outside but backyard was nice.

Great time

Every description was spot on, had no issues and the home is in a beautiful area! Part of why we chose this home was because it had a pool so when we arrived and noticed it had been closed we were a little disappointed but we are from michigan and arent use to 80 degree weather in october . The stay was very nice i would recommend it to others highly!

Very nice

From the outside you may wonder, but the inside is remodeled and very nice. The decor is basic but met our needs. We rented here because of the pool for the kids and that was perfect.

This was an amazing short term stay while our home was being worked on . We are not super fancy people but we did not want to stay in a dump either . This was perfect ! Our pups loved the back yard .

Everything was great except for the HARD beds and HARD pillows. Pillows are too thick and very hard. Makes for sore necks in the mornings. Otherwise, it's a great property.

Please note that the pillows provided are memory foam and are new.. We were in Murfreesboro unfortunately for a family death and funeral. Our emotions and stress level were high and the time actually spent in the house limited. While the house was for the most part accommodating we did encounter frustration and concerns. The host did not respond to questions about other entries for an elderly person or the check-in code. We had to call Vrbo despite arriving an hour after check-in for entry codes. None of the beds had top sheets, there were no kitchen dish cloths and the sponge left was disgustingly dirty (we purchased a clean one), there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, the cold water was turned off in the kitchen, the bath tubs had no plugs (we had a two year old) and the tub slippery for showering, (we had a 91 year old), no toiletries in two of the bathrooms and the washing machine did not drain do to a clogged filter/trap. We did not use the pool as the water was too cold.

While we’re glad the home met your needs overall, we followed up with the owner, who would like to clarify the following:- We did not receive any calls or emails during your stay, and the entry code system shows successful access just prior to check-in time.- Each bathroom was stocked with toilet paper and hand towels, and the kitchen was fully supplied with both cloths and a clean sponge prior to arrival.- The dishwasher and all dishes were cleaned and hand-dried before your stay.- The home is not listed as handicap accessible and clearly notes online that there are three steps at both the front and back entrances.- The pool was closed for the season, so swimming was not included in your reservation.We appreciate your feedback as we continue to ensure a comfortable experience for every guest.
