This home is in a quiet but friendly neighborhood 6 minutes from I-24.Home features private master suite with large garden tub, stand up shower & huge walk in closet. Backyard features a large above ground pool, brand new hot tub, grill & a large fire pit area. Upstairs is a large bonus bedroom featuring a queen bedroom set, living room & a office space. Come enjoy with the whole family or friend group. Tons of activities near by.Property has a ring doorbell camera on the front door for security purposes only. This video feed is NOT monitored durning guest stays.

Amazing Place

The house has everything you need to feel comfortable! The house was spacious. We loved the pool, hot tub, and fire pit! The host was great answering any questions we had and was extremely friendly! We definitely recommend this house and will be back!

Great yard for outdoor play

The property was very adequate for the needs of our large family. Check in was smooth, house was clean, and the large, fenced-in back yard was great for playing Spikeball, tag, and just running around. The “twin bed room” in the description threw us a bit, because we were expecting two bunk beds , but we managed fine.

Wedding Party stay

We had our wedding at The Barn at Sycamore Farms and we needed a place to stay and this place was awesome. Very clean very cozy. The host was very accommodating. He even let us check in early and he gave us a late check out for no extra charge. He brought us firewood and extra toiletries, we are very appreciative and it was an amazing spot for a gathering

Temporary Housing Assistance

Our company booked Christian's property for some clients that were displaced from their home due to an insurance claim. They were not able to live in their home during the repairs process. Our client had nothing but great things to say about this property. Christian was excellent to work with. He was always quick to respond to us and to our client. Christian's kindness and excellent communication as well as his home were perfect for this family and helped reduce some of the stress they were going through while their home was being repaired. We highly recommend Christian and his beautiful home for your next trip or relaxing get-a-way.

Communication with owner was outstanding. House was clean and very functional. Had all things available to make our stay easy and fun. Beds were very comfortable but just a tad high for a senior lady. Highly recommend for family get togethers.

Beautiful Murfreesboro home

This is our second stay at this home. The home is beautifully maintained with plenty of room for us and our daughter's family to spend quality time together. The owner is attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend the home.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

The house was exactly as advertised. Christian was quick to respond to my questions. We enjoyed the hot tub and the big TV in the living area. I would recommend the house to others.

Family Gathering Celebrating Our Momma

Our mother passed away in May and my family all gathered to celebrate her 82nd birthday! This home is spacious and very comfortable. The neighbors are wonderful too. Everyone was so kind and caring. We did the Chinese lanterns for my mom's birthday and we notice music (very moving music) coming from one of the neighbors who started playing it for us. It was priceless. We went and talked with them and thanked them. Christian is a wonderful host. Any messages I had, he was on it so fast. He wants to make sure you are happy and we most definitely were. Thank you for helping us to make wonderful memories. God blessed us!

Great staycation

Christian was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions we had! We had some car trouble and he was so kind to give us extra time to leave the property. You couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Great value

Great area about 45-50 min from Nashville air conditioning great. Great attention to detail. Only issues was master shower very small, beds were a little tall could have done a queen or king especially master needs bathroom trash cans but hot tub and pool big plus for kids. Very clean and cool home in a cool town. Lots of great food close.
