Great communication from the Property Manager. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly as described and it was very clean which I appreciate. It has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. Thank you for letting me bring my lab as well since we love to travel together. Really enjoyed spending time with my family at this home. Excellent location that is close to everything!

Great vacation Rental

Spring Break Birthday Fun

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at this house! It had everything we needed and the giant couch was very comfortable to relax after a day of fishing and kayaking. The area is absolutely beautiful!

Birthday getaway

The house was very cozy and had all the amenities we needed. We had rain for part of the stay and loved the games and toys that were available. Location was awesome with easy access to kayak Salt River!

Wonderful property close to everything that Crystal River has to offer

Easy check in, property owner had quick answers to my questions, Crystal River is a charming friendly place. The home was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We will see you again hopefully soon!

The Best!

This stay was one of the best I have every had in a rental. The place was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful place. The hospitality was amazing with plenty of supplies if you left something behind and a kind note on the counter. Stay Here! 100% the Best Stay!

My family of 7 visited Labor Day Weekend. Everything about this property on VRBO is spot on. Very spacious, very clean, great location. Roseanne and Nicky were exceptionally easy to work with. From reservation to check-out, they couldn't have been more accommodating. Nicky even visited to help me do a boat repair. We were allowed early check-in and late check-out, which was very helpful. I am very familiar with Crystal River, in particular, the area surrounding this property. If you are interested in nature, especially fishing and scalloping, this is the place. Public boat ramp is approx 2 miles from this property and there is ample barking for trailer and vehicles at this property. I've expressed to Roseanne that we will be back to visit again.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had 2 families with children ranging from 5-15 and had the most wonderful stay at this home! The location was great, and close enough to restaurants, grocery, etc. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy too! We all enjoyed the games, Wii, outdoor activities and all the other added amentities. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is fantastic! Equipped with so much for your stay. We loved the layout of the house and the backyard was so relaxing. We fished and kayaked. Roseanne was so welcoming and impeccable with communication. We definitely recommend!!

Perfect for two families

More than what was expected! Amenities and very well prepared for youths of all ages. Convenient to get to big water with your boat, fuel on the way. By vehicle you can get to the stores and restaurants easy. Very enjoyable stay, Its Crystal Clear

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful & in a nice, quiet & safe neighborhood. Pet friendly so we could bring our dog so that always gives 5 stars! But this home exceeded expectations, spacious, 3 bedrooms & bathrooms! So nicely decorated. The property manager answers questions promptly & went above & beyond with offers to let us check in early & also to help navigate boat to the home by water. A nice bottle of wine was waiting on for my arrival with a sweet note. Great stay! Definitely would stay again.

Where to begin? Before check the communication with the host was outstanding. All their recommendations to eat at were spot on. We enjoy all the amenities of the house and enjoyed our family time! The house met our needs and beyond! We enjoyed kayaking at the house. We spent two evening down the road at the beach. We were a quick drive to town. The neighborhood was wonderful located. I would highly recommend this place if you are coming to the area!

A wonderful home on a canal with a back porch perfect to sit and read a book or watch the birds. Quiet, peaceful and close to two state parks. The interior was sparkling clean and the decor was beautiful. Every amenity was carefully thought out and available in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. We will be back!

Very nice home and great service

Fantastic home, very clean and well appointed. Host Roseanne was amazing to work with especially since we had to move dates around due to Christmas winter storm. Caught fish, swam with manatees, overall good time in the Crystal River area.

We enjoyed everything about the property. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Our kids loved the toy cabinet and bunk beds and can’t wait to come back. The restaurant recommendations were great and we loved being able to fish and kayak off the dock. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

If you are looking for a very large and super nice home for a stay in Crystal River, look no further than this one. Owners Roseanne and Nicki were gracious guests who were very interested in our comfort and accommodating with our pet request. The home was very recently remodeled and very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and our comfort. We had a party of four guests, and there were actually two large rooms we really never used. From waterfront access for the boat, to kayacking to the sunset, to coffee on the dock in the morning, we really enjoyed all that this house had to offer. We would give this house and its owners six stars for our experience renting here if we could. We look forward to coming back and renting this house again in the future. Thank you Roseanne and Nicki for your house and hospitality last weekend.

Nery lovely house

It was lovely at the house and it was well equipped. Lots of room to spread out with our family of eight Roseanne responded almost immediately for any inquiries we had. Our only complaint would be we could not find our way back to the dock from our rental place as the channels were not well marked out for a tourist. Perhaps a map could be provided for future boaters.
