The condo was perfect; nice and clean. The beds are super comfortable! The elevator sometimes takes a really long time; that got annoying at times.

Loved this place!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this unit at Hyde Beach House. The place is beautiful with an amazing view! Everything was provided at the unit so we did not need to bring much with us. The beds were very comfortable. We loved spending time at the 2 pools, playing basketball and tennis as well as going to the beach which was right across the street. There was a lot to do at Hyde Beach House! Our host was amazing and very responsive when we had questions. The only issue we had was with the elevator. It took time to get one during the busy hours of check in and check out times but otherwise this place was the best! We will be back again! Thank you Cristina!!

Great property - modern and very clean. Plenty of sheets, bedding. Great view of the ocean. Very easy to check in and check out. Pool was very warm. There is a Walmart within a short walking distance. There is a garbage shoot right across from the unit. The only terrible part was the elevators. We oped out using the stairs for most of the stay. It is also very difficult to book tennis courts and basketball courts. You need to book days in advance. Otherwise highly recommended.

Great apartment

We really enjoyed the property and host was very responsive and helpful. All the necessary items (shampoos, kitchen items were available). Condo has absolutely breathtaking views and beautiful pool jacuzzi area. Our only comment was that building was very busy during our stay and would recommend for guests to plan extra time to wait for elevators and to get valet parking. We would definitely stay at the property again!

To close to the off the main road very load.

The valet parking is a ridiculous cost and the service is slow. You call for the car is never there when you get downstairs.

Hi Peter, We were sorry to hear that the location & valet parking fell short of your expectations: - We take the accuracy of our listings seriously, and travelers can see the location of the property on the listing map before they book - The building is brand-new and built to code-rated STC for noise, but if you open the doors to the balcony, there is the normal level of city noise - The valet fees are outside of the control of the owners in this building, but it is less than even the self-parking fees at other resorts in the neighborhood We're confident that guests will continue to enjoy everything that this luxury Hollywood getaway has to offer moving forward!

Absolutely perfect

I wish we had more time to enjoy the facility. It was beautiful, clean, and there were so many options. We chose to enjoy everything that was so close to Hyde Beach House. Check in: We received excellent instructions for check in. We had to wait less than a minute to start check in. Unit: was clean and I think even a bit nicer than the photos indicate. The balcony was awesome and we took coffee and breakfast out there. It was not windy at all. appliances were very modern and in top condition. available cookware was above average for a vacation rental. Beach was accessed with ease. Getting our complimentary chairs/umbrella/towels at the beach was a breeze. As with any South Florida beach near hotels, the beach was a bit crowded; but again we waited 0 minutes for chairs/umbrella/towels and we didn't get there until 10AM, well after the crowd arrived. Check out instructions were clear and very reasonable. I have been in rentals where I felt like an employee at checkout time. This was not the case in this rental; very reasonable requests for checkout.

The apartment looked just like the pictures and was beautiful! It felt updated & clean (for the most part, the only thing that wasn't super clean were some of the shelves in the bedroom closet which were dusty & needed a wipe down). It was well stocked with items in the kitchen that allowed us to do some light cooking, and had state of the art kitchen appliances. Our one complaint about the apartment itself was that the mattress on the queen bed was mushy & not very comfortable for us. Our hostess, Cristina, was great! The two times we had questions during our stay she was quick to be in contact with us and tried her best to be accommodating and helpful. The building was very busy. The elevators can take a long time to arrive & the pool and beach areas get crowded. The Hyde beach area is pretty small & does not have a boardwalk, making it slightly less fun/relaxing compared to beaches near the Hollywood Broadwalk or Miami in my opinion. Despite the crowds, we still enjoyed sitting out at the pool/beach. In addition to the main pool on the 6th floor, there is a pool on the first floor of the building which was always nearly empty, so we would go there when we wanted a quieter vibe. Covid-wise, masking is not enforced in the building (despite signs saying that it is). Be aware that there is a mandatory resort fee charged daily ($35 at the time of our stay), and a daily fee for valet parking ($30/day for 1-6 days, $15/day for 7-14). The beach is across the street, and chairs & towels are included with the resort fee.
