Situé sur Standish Street dans le centre de Town, vous êtes à moins de deux pâtés de maisons de Commercial Street, du Wharf et de Ferries. Cette maison d'une chambre propre et confortable est au premier étage et fait face à l'arrière de la propriété donnant sur la cour surdimensionnée. La maison a été rénovée et comprend une cuisine complète avec des comptoirs en granit, une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche sur pattes et une chambre avec un lit KING Simmons Beauty Rest World Class. La maison est bien aménagée, y compris un téléviseur HD 32 ', des illustrations originales partout et des draps et des serviettes à nombre de fils élevé. Il y a des fenêtres Ac et un éclairage amélioré.

L'extérieur est une terrasse privée couverte avec un gril à gaz et une table avec des chaises. La grande cour est clôturée et pleine de jardins matures. Les autres commodités incluent la télévision câblée de base Comcast, le WIFI, une station d'accueil pour iPod, une blanchisserie et un patio couvert privé. Il y a un parking hors rue. Tous à 5 minutes à pied du ferry et du centre-ville.

Great little place close to everything

was perfect for me and my wife's anniversary. Walk to town, pilgrim tower, beach, etc. Parking spot right there, clean place and exactly how described. Enjoyed Vincent's own art work on the walls too. Would stay again 5 stars.

Fantastic in every way!

Gordon and Vincent were super accomodating. We needed a place last minute and they were awesome. Their place is in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed and more...we have found our PTown home away from home!

This was the most perfect place to stay! 1 minute walk from commercial street and a cozy, clean place to come home to. Cannot recommend enough!

perfect location

Excellent little spot for my husband and I. Very clean and quiet. Perfect location. Lots of private room outside as well easy parking. We stay in P-town every June and loved this location.

Spot On Location

This rental is Spot On. Great location. Loaded Kitchen. Terrific Washer / Dryer Beautiful outdoor patio and additional tent area. Wonderful shower and bathroom. Extremely helpful owners on-site. Two awesome powerful AC units. You will be soo pleased with this location. We can’t say enough about how comfortable our stay was on Standish.

Love P-town

This is a great property. First it was like stepping into a completely furnished apartment with kitchenware, linens, towels and everything else you need to reside there. They had bag chairs and an umbrella for going to the beach, an outdoor table and chairs and another covered sitting area outside. Also, the place is only 3 blocks from Commercial St and lots of shopping and restaurants. We had a great time!

Attention needed.

This little apartment can be so wonderful if only the details were tended to. For instance- kitchen table is unusable do to the height of the chairs,bathroom window is broken and bath mats slide when you step on them,the living room outside door screen is torn and chandelier has 2 bulbs out and the bedroom closet door is broken ( hard to open and close). Also there is not adequate space for clothing ( absolutely no drawers) . Overall we weren’t really comfortable here and left a day early.

No king bed,noisy neighbors/dog,cleanliness issues and loud a/c ruined the stay.

Firstly the information listed in the "About this rental" description is inaccurate. It states"a bedroom complete with a Pillow Top KING Bed." I took a screenshot to confirm this information on the title page. As well rated long term renters with VRBO,we choose this particular property over several others because of the bed size.It is in fact a queen.In addition,the bedroom air conditioner is noisy and directly above the head of the bed. It was so loud we could not use it because of the noise and forced air directly on my face. The air conditioner in the main room was better, but did not cool the bedroom. Another issue was cleanliness.There was a layer of grease on the microwave and stove.The inside of the microwave was also spotty. The clear glass dishes were very scratched and glasses were full of fingerprints.Silverware had dried food on it.I spent the several hours cleaning various surfaces,including the outdoor table which was black with dirt, and chairs full of dog hair. The fiberboard toilet seat broke the first day. We replaced it with a $40quality one.The neighbors in the upstairs unit were noisy and their dog barked incessantly every time we sat outside.Kitchen chairs were uncomfortable slope back tall bar stools,unusable for the traditional lower height table. Apple TV was worn out and hard to use.Sidewalk exit is dangerous.Can't see what's coming. These issues outweighed all positives. Unfortunate as there are many great amenities and best location at this rental.

Extremely clean, comfortable space with a great outdoor area for relaxing and ideal location. Quiet residential neighborhood but very short walk to Commercial Street. Highly recommend!

Perfect little place

This little apartment was just perfect for our weekend in ptown. It has everything you need and a cute outside patio. It’s close enough to all the action on commercial st, but quiet enough to have your own space. We honestly felt like the pictures don’t do it justice; it was above our expectations.

Wonderful!

Vincent and Gorvin’s place is just wonderful! Everything was very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the outside garden is a nice plus. The location is unbeatable (at the center, very close to everything, but quietly tucked away from the noise and bustle of Commercial Street). Gorvin and Vincent were also very responsive. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay

The unit was very nice and up-to-date. It was wonderful having an outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee in the morning. Commercial Street was literally a block and a half away which was great and having a parking space made it perfect. Hosts were quick to respond to texts and questions. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome!

This is one of the best places to stay in Provincetown. The location is perfect: It's on a quiet street in the middle of town. The unit: A one bedroom in a two family house (the proprietors own both units), it has a great deck for grilling and eating outside, a kitchen that is very amendable for cooking, a nice parking spot, great gardens, a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a bathroom that has a tub/shower. Owners: They work hard to make the place nice, from the artwork on the walls to the personal care products they provide. Summary: this was our second year here and we will be back next year. We give this unit the highest recommendation!

Very well located in Provincetown and cozy

We spent 5 days in Provincetown from June 24th to June 28th to visit this cute Cape Cod town. We didn't need the car at all as everything was close by. The apartment was cute and was just the right size for a couple. On the night of our arrival we were stuck in traffic and arrived later than expected and Gordon made it very convenient by texting us with details about the keys so we didn't have to worry about the time we were getting there any longer. When we got there I was happy to find that the lights were on, the keys were easy to find and we had a comfy bed and all the amenities needed for our stay. Thanks to Gordon and Vincent for sharing your space with us, we had a great time... Lyne and Paul
