Air conditioning was a major issue. Units in each bedroom not set up properly to vent to outside and filled rooms with hot air. Windows did not open and had overgrowth of weeds at windows. Outdoor seating area very worn and tree over growing. If a/c worked properly overall would be a good rental for price
We really enjoyed our stay, great spot on Commercial street with everything you could ask for. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, sunscreen, and laundry! Thanks for making our stay in Provincetown extra special.
Great West-end location, quiet deck and cozy condo
Lovely garden and enclosed deck to unwind and enjoy after a day of fun in Ptown, before heading out to the nightlife. You neednât go far, Joon is next door and cocktails were made by skilled bartenders. The small plates were unexpected and delicious. Liz was responsive to our questions and the kitchen had all we needed. Love to go back.
I stayed with my small family at Lizâs place for five nights. The convenience of being on Commercial Street with one parking space and the reasonable price made our stay highly enjoyable all around!
Communication from Liz was prompt and the checkin-out process was seamless.
Full kitchen and large bathroom/shower were welcome.
Wonderful, quiet stay.
We had a wonderful stay! Lizâs place is clean and comfortable and very well located. We enjoyed walking out the door and immediately being right in the heart of Ptown. It felt quiet and private which can be hard to find! Great space and well appointed.
We enjoyed our stay in Liz's apartment. The kitchen is well appointed and there's a nice breakfast nook and patio that we used every day and evening. The umbrellas she has hanging inside the front door came in handy one night. She also provides multiple keys so everyone can come and go as they please.
The rooms are a bit on the small side, and the place could benefit from a dehumidifier, as towels never got fully dry from one day to the next.
Beds very comfortable, location perfect and washer/unit was great- problem was that the apartment is in a basement- moldy looking old floor boards and whole place smells like mildew :/ definitely needs some updating. Also wasnât able to unpack clothes as the bedroom closet was full of random belongs of the owner and the dresser drawers were all full. Overall we had a great time but the mildew issue and lack of storage/cleanliness I probably would not recommend.
We flew 5000 miles to celebrate a special occasion for friends that live in Provincetown. The location was ideal and the photo of the condo was lovely. The actual "condo" was on the backside of the house with uneven stones and stairs leading down to a basement apartment. The key was easy to access and once inside we felt like we were in a basement. The ceilings were low and there was little air ventilation. The bedrooms each had a large portable air unit on the floor with large white tubing exiting through the small window. It was hard to get around the bed and once the unit was on it was very loud. We did not sleep well because of these units. There was also a window air unit of which we did turn on as it was very hot. We did not have any bar or liquid soap in the shower and not even a "hotel" size shampoo/conditioner. Our first evening we went without showers until we could go out and purchase some items the next day. The kitchen had efficient items (coffee maker, glassware, refrigerator, washer/dryer). The living room had a couch, tv, dining table but the room was just small and basement feeling. The outside deck was not used by us. Parking space was helpful. Liz, the owner was polite. It is not handicap accessible (which would be nice to mention in the ad) and with the rain one day the stones walking down were slippery. There was not a smoke alarm, which should be added. We would not choose to stay there again
