Perfect for family to spend time together and also have their own rooms. Close to UTC campus. Perfect if you are in town for UTC events. Clean and exactly as pictured.
Spent a couple of days in Chattanooga with our college-aged kids. Hiking, rock climbing, and shopping. Found nice coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. House is beautiful, had everything we needed. Owner responded instantly when we needed a little help getting in on arrival.
Close to everything / we didn't drive more than 15 minutes to any restaurant or attractions. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Easy check in and out. It was a great stay.
Location is great. House is located within 10 minute drive of Aquarium, Discovery Museum, and Zoo. Many dine-in and take-out restaurants within minutes. Parking for 2 vehicles was never an issue. MLK Rd is well travelled, so there is some road noise. Bring a sound machine, and it should not be an issue. House is spacious and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. A very nice covered sitting deck off the back door.
Interior of house very clean. Unfortunately, some litter on the exterior grounds, and garbage cans everywhere.
The place was perfect for 6 or less. We really enjoyed our stay. Two bedrooms had full bathrooms which was nice. The house was neat clean and easy access . We would definitely stay there again.
We had a lovely time in Chattanooga. The unit was very close to downtown and close to everything in Chattanooga. It was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. The host provided a book with a lot of helpful information about the city and recommendations. Overall it was great!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect home for this trip. The home is decorated adorably, very comfortable in all aspects and very clean. The owners are invitingâleaving notes and recommendations to make our stay even more perfect.
The home was so cute and comfortable. Our family all agreed that we will no longer be going to a hotel if we can get something like this. We plan to come back to Chattanooga in the future and hope to stay here again.
Thanks
We stayed at this property for the weekend of our daughter's graduation from UTC. It was a great location. Very convenient to UTC and all of downtown. The home was comfortable and spacious for our party. The kitchen was well appointed. Parking was easy. The covered back porch was a nice and cozy place to hang out. We would stay here again.
Nice house on MLK. Coming from out of town and I didnât know how busy this road was. Not a big deal , just a little noisy at night. House was clean and comfortable. Good locale, enjoyed proximity to brewery. 5 minute drive to aquarium, childrenâs museum, etc. Overall enjoyed our stay
We loved the house - it has a lot of charm and is so comfortable. It accommodated our family and grandkids. We had plenty of room to spread out, play games, have alone time and sleep! The beds were comfy, the closet space was huge. The outside balcony and porch were great. The kitchen had everything we needed - even a crock pot! Internet was great as one of us had to work remotely.
It is located in the city so there is road noise, emergency vehicles and people walking by but it was not overwhelming.
We were there just after Christmas and there was a Christmas tree, which the grandkids loved. We were there over New Years so fireworks were to be expected.
Parking on the street is plentiful and there is one space in the back. Most attractions have to be driven to but you can walk to a few things if desired.
The property manager is very responsive - we had a leak situation and she came really quickly to take care of the repair. She was pleasant and agreeable throughout all of our transactions.
We would totally stay here again!
The house was beautiful, comfortable , and clean. We were greeted with wonderful amenities and enjoyed the outdoor porches immensely! The beds were just right and the location was a short drive to everything! We will come back!
Tony and I live on a farm about 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We live the best of both worlds having the farm life and our place downtown. We both work in the city. We are passionate about our city and try to take advantage of all it has to offer. You will find us enjoying Friday evenings with friends at one of our local hangouts, Saturdays watching our daughter rowing on the river or watching some Mocs football at Finley and Sundays at the market or hitting one of the many trails located around the city. When we get a chance to travel it's off to Bozeman, Montana to see our son who attends Montana State University! (so much to do, so little time!) Our little green house can serve as great base camp for your visit and we hope you have a wonderful stay exploring Chattanooga!
Perfect location to enjoy the city without staying in a hotel. Located near UTC, Martin Luther King Blvd has enjoyed an awesome transformation. Champy's Chicken is local favorite with outdoor patio and the best chicken in town! They also house a bike share station in their parking lot. We even have a new car share station on MLK. Two new breweries have opened on MLK. Hutton & Smith and Oddstory Brewery, plus Barley's Taproom We have wonderful quaint restaurants up and down MLK. Check out Chatt Smoke House and Larry's Hot Fish for a true flavor of MLK. We are very close to the Southside where you will find the famous Chattanooga Choo Choo and their newest addition Stir with Great patio for a drink before you head to Songbirds for a concert.
Guest rave about our new really comfy beds. Guests love our two covered outdoor decks. The first floor is great for a larger group with open floor plan, large kitchen and gas fireplace.
