Kathy's Kottage. Nouveau Bungalow sur le cÎté de Missionary Ridge

Cette maison, construite en 2017, a toutes les commoditĂ©s! Trois chambres, deux salles de bains avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il a une buanderie. Le bain de la salle a un combo baignoire / douche. Carrelage partout. Une cheminĂ©e romantique est dans le salon. Fumer est autorisĂ© sur l'immense vĂ©randa, oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre et laisser vos soucis s'envoler! DerriĂšre la maison, il y a aussi un foyer. Cette maison a un grand sous-sol pour tous les motards qui aiment monter les montagnes locales. Les Ă©vĂ©nements sont les bienvenus.

Great vacay location!

We didn't get to enjoy the gardens due to inclement weather, but play area and Garden area looked amazing. Very clean, excellent amenities, Tammy was a great hostess!

Tammy was absolutely amazing!! The house was amazing! Definitely will stay again when we come back into town. It was so beautiful! Tammy was soo attentitive. The toys that Tammy had were so amazing, my son and daughter loved them so much, they didnt want to leave.

So cute! So clean! So comfortable! Everything anyone would need was provided, from the youngest traveler to our four legged family member. The perfect place for the cousins to play and enjoy each other during our Chattanooga visit. A cozy place for the adults to unwind also. Being tourists can be stressful, but there was none of that once we got back to our cottage.

Great stay!

We traveled with a party of 8 and a small dog, and the house was perfect! Had everything needed and even had board games! Perfect communication with owner, check in and out process was a breeze!! I would definitely rent again!

Fall Football weekend

Another stay at one of Tammy’s properties was a win. Our family enjoyed a home setting which was clean with a well-equipped kitchen and bath. Our family has enjoyed three properties on this street and we are grateful they are here for our football weekends.

Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in Chattanooga. Tammy is a wonderful hostess. The house is in a perfect location. My four kids and I had a great time. There were a ton of games to play inside and out! I give this two thumbs up and would love to go back.

Wonderful time

Has everything you could ask for!

This place is adorable. The host greeted us as we pulled up and was there to answer any questions. She has everything you could imagine needing in the house. The furnishings were comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We were only there two nights but would have enjoyed much more time there.

All The Little Things

We really enjoyed our stay here. My sons said it was our best vacation yet. The property host definitely paid attention to details on this place. Well decorated, board games, supplies, cozy outside seating area on the front porch, supplies for babies, kitchen utensils and cookware, and many other little things that just made it feel like home away from home. Great communication with our host made it easy! I would definitely stay again!

Chatt Ironman Weekend

Tammy greeted us the first day and was very pleasant! This was our second stay with her and again, accommodations were excellent. Checkin/Checkout is very easy, good communication throughout. House is excellent, modern throughout... surprised by how many extras were supplied in the pantry and fridge ... condiments, seasonings, things useful for cooking our meals! Very happy!

A special place in Chattanooga

It was a delight to stay here. Tammy was so welcoming and encouraged us to explore her garden across the street. This location is close to everything you want to see or do in Chattanooga. The house was beautifully kept and exceptionally clean. The porch was the perfect spot to sit in the morning with coffee. The neighborhood is in transition but we were very comfortable and happy to be there. Thank you for a great visit. If we go to Chattanooga again we will definitely stay in one of Tammy’s properties.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR FAMILIES!!!

One of the most thought out rentals we’ve stayed at!! And trust me, we stay at a lot with travel soccer and for vacations. My 3 year old LOVED the toy closet, the potty training seats, and swing set. I loved the little details like the history of the house book, qtips and cotton balls in the bathroom ( because who doesn’t forget to pack those), and restaurant menus. Super convenient location. And the owner was GREAT with communication and even stopped by for a friendly chat. I loved hearing about the history of the area and her beautiful job of bringing back the entire street to life! Will for sure stay here again when in the area!

Great house, convenient to McCallie

We stayed in this house last fall with some friends when visiting our boys at McCallie. We decided it would be perfect for graduation. It’s so close to school and also convenient to downtown. The house is very well-appointed. The front porch is great. We didn’t take advantage of the back yard, but it looks great also. Everything was very clean and well-kept. Check-in and communication were great.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is decorated so elegantly. Everything is just beautiful. And, unlike many of the homes I've rented, the beds were very comfortable. There is a fenced in back yard, but keep in mind that it isn't attached to the house, so you still have to take your dogs to the back yard on a leash. The front porch is heavenly. Comfortable seating, with fans. The owner lives across the street, and she is friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. She won't annoy you. Ha. Overall, this is a great property, and I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to explore Chatanooga.

Kathy’s Kottage was exactly what we needed for our 4-day family visit to Chattanooga! The house was so homey and cozy and you could tell a lot of effort was put into decorating and adding nice little touches. The house was a perfect home base for our outings to the Aquarium, Coolidge Park, Duckboats, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and nearby restaurants.Just an FYI for others that the house is close to the highway so when outside on the porch you’ll hear the passing traffic. And on occasion from inside you can hear 18-wheelers downshifting. This didn’t bother us at all and didn’t impact our visit but just wanted to include it so others are aware.

Has a basement for all you professional bicyclists. The house is just right for your family, with 2 other rentals down the street. Gray Gables and Ridgedale Roost. Dogs from little to big are welcome!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification". This means that if you stay in the city, you are likely to be on a street with a wide variety of properties, ranging from very good condition, to fair, to vacant. In addition, there is great racial, cultural, and economic diversity with city residents. I live across the street and love it here, but it may not be for everyone. I want all guests to consider this prior to booking, so no unfavorable review result.
My insurance does not cove the follow dogs: Dobermans, Chows, or Pit Bulls.
Please do not ask for a late check out. I respect that my cleaners have lives other than just cleaning my rentals. Feel free to stay another day. Thank you!
