À propos de cet hébergement

Cette maison, construite en 2017, a toutes les commodités! Trois chambres, deux salles de bains avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il a une buanderie. Le bain de la salle a un combo baignoire / douche. Carrelage partout. Une cheminée romantique est dans le salon. Fumer est autorisé sur l'immense véranda, où vous pourrez vous détendre et laisser vos soucis s'envoler! Derrière la maison, il y a aussi un foyer. Cette maison a un grand sous-sol pour tous les motards qui aiment monter les montagnes locales. Les événements sont les bienvenus.

We had a great visit!

This was a perfect place to stay. It was close to the college for the graduation and it was close to get to my brothers that lives nearby. We would definitely stay here again, if needed.

Great vacay location!

We didn't get to enjoy the gardens due to inclement weather, but play area and Garden area looked amazing. Very clean, excellent amenities, Tammy was a great hostess!

Super close to everything. Quiet street. Plus the toys left for our kids was a major bonus! Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Beautiful home and great place to stay again.

A Peaceful Respite for Gathering and Healing

Under the most heartbreaking of circumstances, our family found solace and comfort at Kathy's Kottage. We traveled from both coasts for a Celebration of Life in Chattanooga, and this beautiful home provided a much-needed sanctuary. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt a sense of peace and warmth. The Kottage was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. The fully stocked kitchen, which became a central gathering point for our family, allowed us to prepare traditional family recipes, providing a sense of normalcy during a difficult time. We were especially grateful for the pet-friendly policy and the secure, fenced backyard, allowing our four-legged family member to be with us without exorbitant fees. The location offered the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, with easy access to major roads and grocery stores, yet far enough removed to allow for quiet reflection.Tammy, the owner/property manager, was responsive and thoughtful to messages and on the day of arrival, popped by for a quick minute to ensure we had everything we needed. Kathy's Kottage offered more than just a place to stay; it provided a haven of comfort and support during a challenging time. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Chattanooga.

Cozy long weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy and comfortable home. The house was fully decorated for Christmas! It was such a wonderful surprise! It was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Just to note, the yard is not directly accessed by a door - there are a few steps to reach the gate. The street itself felt safe and pleasant, but be aware that there are some homeless individuals in the nearby area. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s worth noting. Just be sure to read Tammy's full description of her property. She was an amazing hostess! It was a great stay, and I hope we are able to visit her lovely home again.

Fall Football weekend

Another stay at one of Tammy’s properties was a win. Our family enjoyed a home setting which was clean with a well-equipped kitchen and bath. Our family has enjoyed three properties on this street and we are grateful they are here for our football weekends.

A Girls Weekend

Wonderful bungalow and even better host. The gardens across the street...chef's kiss! You need to book one of these cottages for a girls weekend, a gender reveal, a birthday celebration, a the celebration of the bride to be. We did and it was incredible!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR FAMILIES!!!

One of the most thought out rentals we’ve stayed at!! And trust me, we stay at a lot with travel soccer and for vacations. My 3 year old LOVED the toy closet, the potty training seats, and swing set. I loved the little details like the history of the house book, qtips and cotton balls in the bathroom ( because who doesn’t forget to pack those), and restaurant menus. Super convenient location. And the owner was GREAT with communication and even stopped by for a friendly chat. I loved hearing about the history of the area and her beautiful job of bringing back the entire street to life! Will for sure stay here again when in the area!

Great place for a Chattanooga get away

This place is so cute & very clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking a few meals. We traveled with our young grandkids and really appreciated all the games, toys and basics for them. The location is convenient for getting downtown or up to the mountain sites. A car is definitely needed.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway to Chattanooga. The kiddos loved the bunk beds and all the toys/games that the house provided. They also loved the playground that was right across the street!

Wow! Best cottage ever!

I have stayed in lots of rentals but this one was absolutely the best equipped I’ve ever stayed in. When we walked in the door, it looked like a true home. Everything you could think of was there. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, blankets, throws, etc. There were also games, books toys, just about anything you could want for your kids. On top of that everything was clean and well organized. The kitchen was very well equipped for any thing you would like to cook. Even included lots of pantry, basics, such as coffee and creamer, condiments, flour, sugar, foil and plastic wrap. Tammy has thought of everything and supplied it for you.

Kathy’s House Is Gorgeous

We were extremely impressed with this house from the moment we drove up clear through the minute we drove off. It is simply gorgeous and inviting at the same time! The first thing you see is an inviting out front porch sitting area with cushions that seem to say “Come sit and relax”. The area around the house is beautiful and peaceful… always felt safe! Tammy came over the next day to introduce herself and see if we needed anything. A very delightful hostess! Very friendly and informative. The house is beautifully furnished… well decorated and it’s obvious that a lot of love and planning was put into decorating this house. The rooms are spaced out nicely. We had 4 adults an one 14 year old man child who loved the room with the stacked double beds! Tammy supplies everything that you could ever think you might possibly need and I seriously mean that… we wanted for nothing! It was also very clean and well taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend this gem and hostess! Thank you Tammy for everything. Judi

Family friend mini vacation

My family and our good family friends stayed here as a mini vacation! We took the kids to the zoo and the children museum! We also loved the fire pit. The kids loved roasting marshmallows!

Quick Memorial Day weekend getaway to visit friends

Our cottage was cozy and had everything we needed plus some! Loved the cute touches to the property and the closeness to the highway. Loved being able to sit on the front porch and watch the lightening bugs. We will be back!

Has a basement for all you professional bicyclists. The house is just right for your family, with 2 other rentals down the street. Gray Gables and Ridgedale Roost. Dogs from little to big are welcome!

The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification". This means that if you stay in the city, you are likely to be on a street with a wide variety of properties, ranging from very good condition, to fair, to vacant. In addition, there is great racial, cultural, and economic diversity with city residents. I live across the street and love it here, but it may not be for everyone. I want all guests to consider this prior to booking, so no unfavorable review result.
My insurance does not cove the follow dogs: Dobermans, Chows, or Pit Bulls.
Please do not ask for a late check out. I respect that my cleaners have lives other than just cleaning my rentals. Feel free to stay another day. Thank you!
