This home offers a private space to enjoy lake views and a private dock with a floater. Close to Crystal Shores Marina and Drifter`s restaurant for fun and food. A covered porch provides a spot for relaxing and enjoying the views and is perfect for alfresco dining, morning coffee, and evening cocktails as you take in the lazy days of summer or the change of leaves in the autumn! This cottage is only a short drive to downtown Moneta and the Halesford Bridge area for shopping, dining, boat trips, mini-golf, and much more.
The entrance leads into the kitchen, then to a family room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable furnishings. The large deck has an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and Adirondack chairs to relax in. The boat dock is private at the back of a cove with a boat ramp right in the community, less than a mile from the home. This home has the primary bedroom on the main level with a King bed ensuite. Two more bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath on that level as well. One room has a Queen bed, and the other has a Queen and Double bed. The lower level has a den with a large flat-screen TV and a third bath. For pet owners, the fenced-in backyard provides a safe haven for your furry companions.
Venture to your private dock to dip your toes in the water, swim, try your luck with a fishing line, or bask in the sun. Your retreat at Smith Mountain Lake promises a perfect blend of serenity and adventure.

Notice: Outdoor security cameras are in use on the grounds for the safety and security of our guests and property. Cameras are positioned only in exterior areas (e.g., driveway, entrances, dock) and do not monitor any private or indoor spaces. No audio.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighborsâ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
